photoshop　CC2019のフィルターギャラリーのプレビューが反応しなくなってしまいました。
学習中で、最初は反応していたのですが、途中でプレビューがされなくなりました。
RGB 16bit にはなっています。

動作環境はwindows10 64bit
どうか解決法を教えてください。よろしくお願いいたします。

Filter Gallery does not work with 16 bits/channel. The filters are old and require 8 bits/channel to work

Sorry to hear that. Since how long you are facing this issue? Which Photoshop version you are on now? Go to Photoshop > Help menu > System info.

You may try reset Photoshop preferences back to defaults and check if that helps. Refer the following link for the steps: https://helpx.adobe.com/in/photoshop/using/preferences.html
