Photoshop not working as the Path tool freezes the app

切り抜きをしている時に、手のひらツールで移動しながらパスカットしている最中にフリーズします。どのツールも反応せず、再起動しないといけなくて、作業になりません。

Please explain the issue you're facing in more detail with a brief description of your workflow.

Which version of Photoshop are you using along with your computer's OS? In Photoshop, you can check that by going to Help > System Info.
