ps视图旋转工具（R）
你好，ps的视图旋转的这个功能，可以再进一步研发吗？因为图像视图旋转（R）之后，选框工具以及标尺等不能按照旋转后的方向走，我希望研发团队能够拓展一下该功能。这样可以方便于不同角度的做同一张图。
