win版PS中，中文输入法状态下使用快捷键的问题！
win版的photoshop软件，在中文输入法状态下，无法使用快捷键。这一点让人很恼火，需要不停的在英文和中文输入法状态下切换。
而在MAC版photoshop中，在中文输入法状态下，可以使用快捷键。
建议修复win版的这一漏洞，谢谢！

Win version of Photoshop software, in the Chinese input method state, cannot use shortcut keys. This is very annoying, need to constantly in English and Chinese input method in the state of the switch.
In the Mac version of Photoshop, in the Chinese input method state, you can use shortcut keys.
