YOUTUBEのCMで流れる部分的なカラーグレーディングの操作方法やどのツールを使用しているのか知りたい。

Photoshopの新機能のCMが良くYOUTUBEで流れると思います。・コンテンツに応じた塗りつぶし・新しいワープツールなどがあります。その中に部分的なカラーグレーディングと言うCMがあるんですがそのツールや操作方法を知りたいです。恐らく選択範囲やマスクは取ってなく、色域指定やチャンネルでもなさそうな気がするんです。外国人女性のニットのカラーだけテンポよく変更しています。どなたかツール名や操作方法をご教授頂きたいです。宜しくお願い致します。
