ゆがみの乱流について

Photoshopのelementsをインストールしたのですがフィルターのゆがみの乱流と反射がありません。以前のバージョンではありました。Photoshopのccならあるかと思い書店でガイド本を読んだのですが乱流や反射については載っていませんでした。もしかするともうその機能はなくなってしまったのでしょうか？
