MacBook Pro(13-inch, 2018) macOS Cataline 10.15.5

Photoshop2020　21.2

を使用しています。

同じ現象で悩んでいました。

Mac本体の「システム環境設定／セキュリティとプライバシー／フルディスクアクセス」から

Photoshopのアクセスを許可したら改善されました。

今回の場合、Photoshopの具体的なバージョンもそうですが、iMacの機種年代と現在の10.15のマイナーバージョンも記載しましょう。

macOSの場合、「現時点で10.15.4でもいくつかの動作問題があること」や「10.13や10.14でもOS提供のグラフィックドライバーに問題があり、OSアップデータにより解消している」などの問題があるので、環境としてのチェックも欠かせないものになっています。

Sorry that the image in Photoshop becomes grayed out when you switch to another app on your computer.

Which version of Photoshop 2020 are you working with? In Photoshop, you can check that by going to Help > System Info. Latest is v21.1.3

Please uncheck the option "Use Graphics Processor" under the Preferences> Performance menu in Photoshop and see if the issue persists.
