フォトショップCS6 色調が変わる

フォトショップCS6で写真データを修正し、USBスティックに保存。それをDPE屋でプリントしようと思ったのですが、DPE屋でその写真を開けると色が緑がかってしまっています。原因がわかりません。

Hello, if it is a slight green tint, it might be color management: one needs to make sure that there is a color profile in the file, and that Photoshop in the print shop is setup to honor the profiles.

If the image is all green and black, maybe is the green channel shown only, check that all channels are active in window>channels.

 

Another possibility is file corruption, try to save it again in another media.
