PC,スマホ両方でこのメールアドレスを設定しているのですが、なぜかパソコンのほうにメールが入って来ていません。

リモート操作で確認いただけないでしょうか？

状況を把握したいので、

・情報パネル

・属性パネル

・レイヤーパネル

が入った状態で、▼のようにキャプチャして見せてもらってもいいですか。

念のため。このメールに返信で、画像添付しないでください。自動的に削除されてしまいます。　

図形を描く時に色を選択しても、明度でしか着色されない。設定の問題でしょうか？

そうです。Winのパソコンで操作するときは、ちゃんと選択されたカラーになりますなります。

確認ですが，どのカラーモードでもそうなってしまうのでしょうか。
