編集→境界線を描くを使いたいのですが、「境界線を描く」がアクティブになっていません。どうしたらよいでしょうか？

境界線を描きたくてネットで調べたら、編集モードに「境界線を描く」というファンクションがあるのを知りました。

試してみたら「境界線を描く」がアクティブになりません。どうしたらアクティブにすることが出来るのでしょうか？
