Asking for a refund
Hello Adobe,
I started using a different account from September, so I haven't used this account at all in September. However, I was charged an additional 26,400 won for canceling the subscription. This means I paid a total of 52,800 won in September, even though I didn’t use it at all. This is really affecting my budget.
Could you please let me know what happened with the last charge and request a refund? I would really appreciate it.
