I'm inquiring about the bulk purchase of universities.
Hello, I'm John Hae-in, a first-year student at the University of Fine Arts at Gyemyung University in Daegu, Korea.
The College of Arts, Kaiming University, buys Advi programs in bulk and distributes them to students.
I also have the right to use that program.
I received an email about downloading from Advisa the other day.
My classmates except me are using the adby program through that email.
On the other hand, in my case, when I press the link to download, I repeatedly receive an error message like sending me an email, and a pop-up window pops up.
The fundamental error of this problem was my MacBook system, so I upgraded the MacBook version, but after that, it was impossible to even access the email received from Advisa.
In conclusion, you can't use the adbi program you bought in bulk at school.
I'm sending you an email saying that if you ask the professor in charge, it's not a problem that can be solved within the school.
I would appreciate it if you could send me a download email of the Adobe program I bought at Keimyeong University again for my smooth school class, or tell me how to solve it fundamentally.
The Adby program is really helping art college students a lot. Thank you for reading the long email.
I'm waiting for your reply.
