Hello, I subscribed to the Photoshop annual plan on June 9th, but I misunderstood it as a monthly plan.

I have only used it once and do not plan to continue using it. I realized the 14-day refund period had passed, but I’m kindly requesting a one-time exception to cancel without an early termination fee.
