Is it normal for "Production media acquisition (Exclusive)" credits to be pending over 60 days?

Hi everyone,

I have a question regarding the payment timeline for Enterprise deals.

Back on July 9, 2026, a transaction titled "Production media acquisition (Exclusive)" was posted in my 'Other Payments' section.

However, over 60 days have passed, and the credits for this transaction have still not been converted to my Available Balance. I reached out to Contributor Support, but they mentioned that they don't have visibility into Enterprise sales contracts or specific department contacts.

Has anyone experienced a delay this long for exclusive production media acquisitions? Is this kind of timeframe normal for Enterprise B2B payouts, or should I be concerned about a system issue?

Any insights from experienced contributors or help from Adobe Staff/Community Managers on how to get this escalated would be greatly appreciated!
