report an issue regarding a forced billing update that resulted in an unfair charge
Hello, I would like to report an issue regarding a forced billing update that resulted in an unfair charge. I have been normally using a paid Photography Plan subscription, but Lightroom suddenly showed a “Plan not recognized / Subscription required” message and blocked access. When I checked my account, I found that a 1-month free “Creative Cloud All Apps + 100GB” plan (redeemed in July 2025) was still marked as “Payment information required” after the free period ended, and when I attempted to cancel it, the system did not allow cancellation unless I updated my billing information. I updated my billing information solely to cancel the free plan, yet Adobe immediately charged ₩5,039, and after submitting the cancellation request, an additional ₩269,571 was charged as a cancellation fee, even though I had no intention of continuing the free plan, never used it after redemption, and already had an active paid Photography Plan, which means the billing update was forced only to cancel the plan and not to continue it. Because of this, the automatic charge and cancellation fee constitute an unfair billing practice, so I request a full refund of ₩5,039 + ₩269,571 and for my Photography Plan subscription to remain active as it was.
