I would like to inquire about the early cancellation fee that appeared when I attempted to cancel my subscription today.
According to my account details, I subscribed to the Adobe Acrobat Pro plan on February 29, 2024, and have maintained the subscription without interruption for over one year.
Given that the initial one-year commitment has already been fulfilled, I was surprised to see an early cancellation fee applied.
Could you kindly clarify why the early cancellation fee is being charged in this case?
If it is due to an automatic renewal into a new annual contract, I would like to respectfully request a waiver of the early termination fee, as I was not adequately informed about the renewal conditions.
