계정 및 결제 관련 문의

안녕하세요.

제가 지금 현재 사용중인 플랜은 photoshop 매월결제와 illustrator 매월결제로 7월 26일, 7월 28일부로 계속 사용 중이었습니다.

 

하지만 위 플랜을 결제하기 위해 등록한 카드로 매월 9일에 2건의 추가결제가 되어지고 있습니다.

8월9일 2건, 9월 9일 2건에 대한 결제가 왜 이루어 지는지 알고싶은데 어떻게 해야 하나요?

 

추가적으로 의도하지 않은 결제에 대한 환불도 가능한가요?
