안녕하세요, 결제 관련 문의드립니다.

Question

처음에 매달 결제되는것을 취소하려고 취소버튼을 눌러 진행을 했습니다.조기 취소위약금은 12,000원이였고,그 다음으로 넘어가니 혜택버튼이 있더군요.무료혜택버튼있길래 바로 진행이 되는지 모르고 눌렀는데그 후에 바로 취소하려고 하니 위약금이 갑자기 9배 늘어서96,000이더라구요????이런거는 어떻게 보상받나요??2달동안 자동결제 된것도 한번도 못쓰고 안쓰게 될 것 같아서 취소하려고 들어왔더니 버튼 하나 잘못눌렀다고 갑자기 위약금이 9배 늘어나는건 말도 안되지 않나요???
