위약금에 관해 동의한 적 없습니다. 위약금 같은 강조는 지나친 상술고리 조성이며 간단한 결제 체계를 구성하기 바랍니다.

포토샵 하나 결제 해지하려고 하는데 뭔 위약금따위로 명분으로 12만원 가량 지출된다고 안내문이 보이던데요. 이러면 안됩니다 어도비. 저급한 마케팅은 들키기 마련이며 앞으로 소비자가 결제하기 전에 우린 이런식으로 위약금이 있다는 것을 강조하길 바라며 공증과 물증으로 마련하길 권고합니다. 개인적으로 어도비와 계약한 규정 동의서를 제출하기 바라며 이런식의 사업이 타당한지 검토하여 발표성명하길 바랍니다.

    Do what you wish.  But you had 14 days to cancel without a penalty fee.  Adobe's Cancellation Policy is no secret.  The legal terms are valid in US and Ireland.

    Since you seem to be unhappy with the cancellation fee (not 100% sure, due to the translation) you need to contact Adobe
