환불신청방법
돈이 26400원이 빠져나가 환불하고 싶고 취소도 하고 싶은데 어떻게 하나요?
플랜 최초 시작일로부터 14일 이내에 취소하면 환불을 받을 수 있습니다.
공개된 게시판에서 사용자의 계정, 결제 정보를 공유할 수 없기 때문에 커뮤니티 게시판을 통해 취소, 환불 절차를 받기는 어렵습니다.
아래 도움말 페이지에 직접 취소하실 수 있는 방법이 나와 있으니 참고 부탁드립니다.
