App used on iPad not synchronized with PCs

iPad miniで使用していましたが、他のPCと同期されなくなりました。対処法をご教示ください。宜しくお願い致します。

Could you please let us know if you are using the Adobe Acrobat Reader application on the iPad mini?

What do you mean here by "it's no onfger synced with other PCs"?

Please elaborate the issue you are experiencing.

Hi,

 

Please describe what is the latest iPad Mini that you have.

 

What other PC's is your mobile device trying to synchronize with? (mac? Linux? MS Windows? and which versions)

 

Did you notice if this problem started happening before the last two updates that Adobe pushed for Adobe Acrobat Reader mobile app? 

 

According to Apple, if your iPad Mini is an older version, and it is listed here:https://www.macworld.co.uk/feature/iosapps/ios-12-compatibility-3521184/

 

You can upgrade to iOS 12.

 

If you have not upgraded that device to the latest version that it can support, do so.

 

If you did upgraded and this is when the problem started happening  check if also need to download iTunes and whichever file synchronization app you're using with your iPad Mini, like iBooks for example.
