OSをCatalinaにアップした後から

現時点ではCreative Cloudで提供されるほとんどのアプリケーションも正式に10.15には対応していません。
確実に利用するのであれば、10.14以下のOSに戻しましょう。

現時点でAdobeアプリケーションでmacOS 10.15に公式対応してるのは、先日リリースされたPhotoshop Elements 2020と、本日アップデータとして配信されたAcrobat DCくらいです。

お使いのアプリケーションとそのバージョンがわからないので外しているかもしれませんが，現時点では，最新版であってもCatalinaに未対応のものがあるので，下記のリンク先で確認してみてください。
未対応だった場合，対処法はなく，対応版のリリースを待つか，元のOSに戻すしかないと思います。
