起動時に毎回「生成AIを利用できます」の画面とiceland？という家の画像が毎回表示されます。

Photoshop（25.3.1）windows版を使用しています。
起動時に毎回「生成AIを利用できます」の画面とiceland？という家の画像が起動時に毎回表示されます。

チュートリアルを1度みても次回起動時に表示され
①アプリアンインストール＆再インストール
②環境設定ファイルを削除
を行ってもダメです。。
どなたか改善方法をご存知の方がいらっしゃれば教えてください。m(_ _)m

PCのユーザー名にトラブルの原因があるようです。ユーザー名をAsciiキャラクターのみで付けた管理者アカウントに切り替えて利用するか、ver.25.0に戻すかといった対応が紹介されています。

    ありがとうございます。
    ユーザー名を変更しても起動時に例の画像が表示されたので
    ver.25.0に戻すと表示されなくなりました。
