Adobe Photoshopのアップデート方法

2台分のライセンスでインストールした「Adobe Photoshop CC 2019」のアップデートを使用とした際に「Adobe CC」上にアップデートボタンが表示されません。

 

アップデートさせる手順等を教えて下さい。

 

Adobe CCを再インストールすると最新版にアップデートされる事は確認しております。

      現状であれば、下記いずれかになります。

      • 2020がインストール済みであれば、2019（Ver.20.x）のアップデートボタンはマイナーアップデートの適用です
      • 2020が未インストールであれば、アップデートボタンにより2020（Ver.21.x）のインストールになります

       

      ですのでどちらの状況下によるものか、という話をまず考えることが求められます。

      そのうえでOSとそのバージョンによって、デスクトップアプリケーションのバージョンが変わることもあるので、その点の確認も必要になるところです。
