학생할인 어도비 무한 초기화중 그냥 버그인가요?

여기있는거 다 해봤는데 안되네요
윈도우 11쓰고
위에 있는거 말고도 c드라이브에 있는 adobe 폴더도 다 지우고 다시 설치해봐도 안되네요
중요한 과제가 곧 마감인데
