adobe muse 2018버전을 사용하고 있습니다. 컴퓨터를 바꾸고 나서 작동이 안됩니다.

오래전부터 adobe creative cloud 를 사용하고 있습니다.

이번에 새로 컴퓨터를 바꾸고 나서

그동안 사용하고 있던 adobe muse 2018 버전이 작동이 안됩니다.

더 이상 사용할 수 없나요?

업데이트는 안되어도 옛날 버전의 muse 앱 사용은 가능하다고 들었는데

어떻게 해야 하는지 알려주세요.

Muse에 대한 기술 지원은 2020년 3월 26일에 종료되었습니다.
 2022년 11월 28일 문서로 계속 소프트웨어를 이용한 Windows OS와의 호환성 업데이트를 제공하지 않으며 Adobe Muse 사이트를 웹에 게시할 때 발생할 수 있는 버그를 수정하지 않아 삭제하고 재설치해도 동일한 문제가 발생한다면,  서비스 지원이 더 이상 어려운 점 양해부탁드립니다.

Thank you for answer. However, I want to continue using Muse, but I can't install it.

I have attached an image, so please take a look.

They clearly said that I could install and use the older version.

But I can't install it.

I paid for it and have been using it well so far.
I don't even want any more updates.
No problems so far. I just hope they keep using it.

 

For reference, I recently purchased my computer again. It's McA mini. The OS is Ventura 13.5.
