Even though Reader is set to start Maximised when double clicking a PDF file to open it Reader starts in a window.The window is almost full screen but not maximised. If Reader is started from the Start Menu then it does open Maximised as it should. Why won't it start maximised when opening all PDF docs? ---(Windows 10, all updates applied)

How can I from within Reader navigate to the next or previous pdf in a Windows folder?  

we have Windows Server 2012r2 the form works on all PC's excluding our thin client / Terminal Servers Remote Desktop connection.  I have verified that the action tab is correct with  mailto: with the option to collect the complete PDF form.   Users must download the file then make Adobe Acrobat  the default software; then we are able to submit the form.  this is mostly for Thin Clients/ Terminal Servers users we do howevre have some desktop users experienceing the same thing.  any help you can provide would be appriciated.   

I am trying to download AcroRdrDC1500720033_MUI.exe from https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/ReleaseNotesDC/continuous/dccontinuous.html but whenever I click the link, Chrome just asks me what program I want use to open it. How do I open it?

I save a document and put it in my documents. When I pull it back up to print it, it it twice the size than when I saved it.  I have to check 50% size just so I can see the entire document on the screen.  What am I doing wrong and how can I fix it?   

Can anyone telle how I can find out all the previous balances from all of my e gift cards over the previous 12 months that I've down loaded on adobe PDF reader app on my smart phone and how do I access all of the e gift cards current status? I have a lot of them with a few dollars unused on most of them which would add up to a quite a bit if I could only find a way of gaining access to them. Anyone? Thanks. 

Hey,since the last update of Adobe Reader DC (15.017.20050) , I am getting trouble when opening pdfs.The message below is thrown and language specified characters are not displayed.The PDF is working well in Foxit Readerpdf.js (firefox)chrome embedded viewerand rendering components used by third party software.Can you check the issue please?Anyone found a workaround yet?Thanks alot!cherry

First, I have a 4K display and a lot of aps don't make very smart choices when presented with that size display.  Acrobat Reader sometimes, but not always opens documents very large on the display.  That is bad enough for a single document, that gets opened at 250% and covers most of the display, even though it makes no sense.  But what is worse is that often I keep Acrobat Reader open in the desktop with maybe three or four documents in tabs, sized appropriately for my work environment.  Then I open another document and it happens to be one that Acrobat reader thinks ought to fill 75% of the desktop, so it resizes the whole app to that size.  After I close the document, the app is still occupying 75% of my desktop, still handling the documents that were previously open that I may need to refer to for several more hours (or days).  So I have to shrink it back down to size again.Is there a way for it to not resize?  Even if it is the first document and

Hello, I have this problem with Adobe Reader DC, where it always produces those artifacts, shown in the pictures, when I click into the text. Upon opening the document everything is fine. But when I click to e.g. copy and paste something it makes the text unreadable. Scrolling out of the corrupted part fixes the problem, but only until I click again.Maybe someone can help me. I newly installed it serveral times. Have no clue, what could cause that error.Greetings and ThanksJurek

utilizzo windows 8.1 e cromein automatico mi viene l' aggiornamento alla versione 21.001.20 (+ da 140 a 155) e alla apertura di un file .pdf il sistema si blocca non permettendo la navigazione nel file e nemmeno la chiusura. Devo riavviare il pc.Ho provato a disinstallare e reinstallare (mi viene installata la versione 19:008.20071) che funziona regolarmente. Dopo un intervallo di 7-10 gg automaticamente arriva l' aggiornamento alla versione 21:000.20xxx che si blocca.Il poblema persiste da fine febbraio e ogni settimana-10 gg devo disinstallare e reinstallare.Non fo trovato il sistema di bloccare gli aggiornamenti. Anche se in services.mcs scelgo l' opzione di non aggiornamento automatico il sisrema cancella la mia scelta e si aggiorna lo stesso.Gioedo cortesemente istruzioni

Hello, I booted up my computer today and as I usually did, I checked my startup items. Adobe Reader and Acrobat Update Manager was removed from the list. I was confused, and after rebooting to see if that fixed it, checked again. Still gone. Doing some research, apparently an 'Adobe Refresh Manager' with the version number 1.8.0 was installed or something. Or configured at least. Checking with CCleaner, I looked up the startup tab... the Windows Tab still remained void of the Adobe entry. However checking the Scheduled Task section, I found an entry for the Updater there for some reason.Is this a new function? Did the Updater update itself and shifted from a Startup Item to a scheduled task? I'm a little worried that something is wrong with my computer. For the record, my Adobe Acrobat had already updated on the 9th of December to 11.0.10. Is this normal now???I'm running Windows 8.1 32-bit btw.

Yesterday I downloaded a file package.pdf in the Windows 10 download folder. I copied the content to a folder synced with One Drive (OD), now if I open with Acrobat Reader the file from Download the file opens regularly, if I try to open the same document in the folder synced to OD it reports an error to me and does not open the document. If I try to open the same document with Edge it opens smoothly. I always made the test file available on the local disk but it only opens from Edge.I uninstalled Acrobat Reader and reinstalled the latest version, but the outcome does not change. Do you have any idea what's going on? Thank you

Hi All,I am facing some intermittent issue with PDF embedded attachments. I have attachments with formats .docx, .pdf, .xlsx, .png.We have code which creates this PDF with embedded attachments.I am facing issue when I use "Adobe acrobat Reader DC (32 bit)" Version - 21.001.20155 to open PDF and access attachments.Lets say I created 2 PDF with same 4 attachments. From one PDF, I am able to open 2 attachments only and from other PDF, I am able to open 3 attachments. When I open same PDF using Mobile Acrobat Reader, I am able to open all attachments.I used "Awesome PDF Viewer, Reader" (Chrome extension) also, and I am able to access all attachments here also.  Please reply for any suggestion/solution. Regards,Nikhil Kumar 

Hello - this seems super basic but i don't see an option to create a new pdf using the app. I don't want to convert a file, i want to start a new one. The only option I is see is to select an already existing file to edit.

Pdf reader no longer starts correctly. When opening a pdf document, the top bar is no longer there. We have the latest  version 2017.011.30194

     I've been trying to print out some e-tickets and a few items that I've scanned (notes and such), but I'm having no luck.  Everything that I print is very light grey and only gets lighter as more pages are printed.  I've cleaned the printer heads and the test pages print black text just fine, it's only the PDFs that come out light.     I thought maybe the scanned notes had some kind of off-white color from the paper's background that might be messing things up, but the e-tickets aren't scanned and they come out nearly blank with only a faint bit of ink on the page.  I'm at a loss as to what's wrong here.  Does anyone else have any ideas?

As the Adobe FTP isnt Updated anymore i was searching for Offiline Updates for the above mentioned products, since there is a Security hazard in the older Versions. I found Updates for the Reader here:21.001.20135 Planned update, Feb 09, 2021 — Release Notes for Acrobat DC Products (adobe.com) But i couldnt find any for the Pro 2017. If i extract the installer, I only get the .msp for the Version .30175 but I need version 2017.011.30196 Where can i download the new released Updates for the Professional version?
