I AM UNABLE TO ACTIVATE THE SOFTWARE OVER THE INTERNET? WHO CAN HELP ME..

I want to convert an editable PDF form to HTML and for this I downloaded and installed the trial version of Adobe Acrobat Pro DC.The PDF form is converted to HTML and it's format is intact but the HTML doesn't contain any input controls. The text-boxes, checkboxes, radio buttons and submit buttons are not present in the HTML, it just has the background image with borders for the input controls.Is Acrobat Pro capable of exporting the editable PDF forms to HTML with proper input tags and buttons? What am I missing?Any help is appreciated.

can i use acrobat sdk api in html?i want to show many PDF files in my website.and custom toolbar, bookmark.but acrobat  sdk seem to like run in PDF.Is it right? It is necessary to not modify the PDF file.How can I display the PDF files and customized PDF UI MENU in html?As for iframe, I understand that customization is not available.Can I edit the pdf.js for customizeing toolbars or bookmarks?

Hey!Ive created a fillable form in Indesign that I have converted to a PDF and all is well. I had a few issues getting the submit button I created to display properly, It now appears but not on mobile.... any ideas why? Also, Ive manage to turn off the coloured fields but again, not for mobile???My biggest concern though is the functionality of the submit button. What is the point of having a decorative button at the end of the form (which I very much want) if it doesn't send to the email address you specified? It is sending to a different inbox for some reason. I am trying to make the submit button that I created, work to where I specified, on desktop and mobile. Any suggestions? Many thanks!

Hi,I'm trying to figure out if and how it's possible to make extended conditional formatting work on pdf forms through indesign.So it's possible to create actions on form elements to show/hide other form elements...I'm trying to show a hidden section of questions upon answering "yes" to another. We can use form actions to show/hide the form textfields. Easy. But can we also show/hide the textlabels that are used as labels for the textfields in the hidden section? My question would be: can we make textlabels show/hide and make the rest auto-reflow?How would we do that? I was asked to make a huge form, which is absolutely needed in a pdf, it would make sense for me to make it conditional in a few places. Is this possible? Some of the features found in Indesign would make you believe so, but i guess they are limited in several ways. Documentation is present, but not really extensive or thorough enough for what i'm trying to achieve, if at all possible.GreetzKristof

I need to check documents and would like to know how to add the date and time field automatically printing.

I would like to add my toolbar to the acrobat DC shortcut tab using the SDK, Can you direct me how to do this?I know how to do it manually.The problem we face is my software integrates with Adobe with open in external window. When my software opens up, we have an adobe preview pane. User can add our custom toolbar to the shortcuts manually. If the user opens our software again, without opening Acrobat outside of software, the toolbar persists.Since our custom toolbar only shows when our application is open, if the user open Acrobat outside of our software, then closes Acrobat, the next time the user opens my software, the toolbar is not in the short cuts in Acrobat DC.Thank you,Jason

I've installed Adobe Acrobat X Pro and it worked for a few weeks. From one moment to the other it stoped working. If I try to start the application, nothing happens. If I try to find the installed files, everything is deleted. If I uninstall the total master suite and install the total master suite again, it will work for a few weeks. If I try to install the specific application, it will not install the files. I hope somebody can give me a sustainable solution.With kind regards, Etienne Hack

Is there a way to link from a PDF to a specific slide in a Powerpoint slideshow? If not, then to a specific slide in a Powerpoint presentation. I need to link from the PPSX to the PDF, and then from the PDF right back to that slide on the PPSX (if possible).

Good morningI am using Adobe Pro XI and have a distributed form that I sent to around 100 employees with email addresses within my company.  I have some people that have left since I began the distribution cycle, and would like to be able to delete their emails from the form.  When I go to tracker and email those who have not responded, I have to manually delete their email address every time I resubmit the form.Any ideas?Thank you for your help!

I'm having problems with the colour management during scanning. The Printer and the driver are at the newest level. Someone having any idea how to fix?

I use Acrobat XI Pro. I have documents whit logo's incorporated . But if they need to be printed (instead of emailed), the document needs to be printed on paper with the logo preprinted. Is there a way to do this?

HiI am using Adobe Acrobat Pro 10. I want to set a limit to the number of lines (say 4 lines) in a field with font size set to "Auto", and multiline.Is it possible to do that?

I keep having trouble printing coupons from a certain web site. I go through all the steps and I click on "print my coupons", I get a window asking do I want to open or save. I usually choose open. Then the screen pops up showing the coupon and immediately I get another pop up with the message: Not Allowed Error: Security Setting prevent Access to this Property or Method and I can't print the coupon. I tried someone's suggestion to open Java and click a certain box - which I did - but that didn't help. Does anyone have any other suggestions?I appreciate any help.

I have a user here who can no  longer use the "Attach to email" function in Acrobat X. I am working for the same company so I tested my Acrobat and it works just fine. All our computers are set up the same way. She had no recent installations that could have interfered with the button. I downloaded Reader for her and it works there just fine and opens with her default email handler, Outlook.In Acrobat I am unable to check the Internet settings for this as the option to "Set program access and computer defaults" is set by our Group Policy and even with my admin password am unable to access it. Since it is working in Reader I presume that Outlook is the default email handler. Especially since she had no issues before, it just suddenly stopped working.The most significant difference I noticed is that I have a "share" tool next to TOOLS and COMMENTS in Acrobat but hers is missing.I tried to open Adobe with the Shift button pressed but I will get a "Program stopped working" error and t

I am a Creative Cloud Subscriber and have the latest version of Adobe Acrobat installed. I am trying to open .xps files but the only way I seem to be able to is through google drive (uploading and then saving/downloading them as PDFs). Is there an easier way to do this as I have many files and the only reason I have found that I am unable to open .xps files is because I am a Mac. -_-

Have added radio buttons to a form. When viewing on screen everything looks fine with only one selection per button, but when I print it out all buttons are filled in?What do I have to change?

About a month back, Acrobat DC 2015 (Classic), had an option to create multiple individual PDF files under Tools>Create PDF>Multiple Files menu. Now all I see is Combine Files and Create PDF Portfolio. The difference between then and now, aside from the missing option, is the upgrade from Office 2003 to Office 2016, and a re-installation of Acrobat. I've been able to recreate the feature, but it is a work around and not what I expect. Phone support is not available for me, or I'd have called.

Hello,We want to create plugin having Text Recognization process same as we have with Menu provided to Recognize Text from Tools option.we have tried to create OCR plugin using c++ code, but we found for some of files plugin we have created gives "Unkwon Error" Message while Adobe OCR that we perfrom manully able to perfrom sucessfull OCR.For plugin creation we are using "PaperCapture" command to get text.How to bypass the error we are receving using plugin that we have created ?How to make same plugin that Adobe DC using for Recognize Text Process?Thanks

In the picture below, the left side of the scanned document appears on the right side and vice versa. Is there a setting inside of Adobe Acrobat 7 Pro that  can cause this issue and where is it located? Upgrading to a newer version of Adobe is out of the question at the moment.

I'm paying for Acrobat DC Pro; current version is 2015.010.20056.  This is running Windows 10 Pro x64 on a Thinkpad Carbon X1 Touch PC.  All software is kept up to date.I just tried comparing 2 pdf's -- with and without only Text checked.  The file was prepared from texlive and has multiple equations and a postscript figure -- none of which gives any problems on the 2 files separately.  The files are about 225K each, with the figure being about 32K of that, which are really pdf inserts after development by texlive.I've done a Repair and rebooted, but always get the same crash.  I also killed an AdobeCollabSync.exe process which sometimes hangs Acrobat (please -- let us disable this nicely!?), but this had no effect.The crash stops in the midst of the comparison -- just says it is has a problem.  I turned to Nitropdf Pro and did the comparison.  The downloaded compare file is about 1.2M.  I regularly open files 10 times that size using Acrobat.

Since upgrading to Sierra, my PDFs produced in Acrobat DC will no longer print correctly on my HP Officejet 7612.  All software is up to date on both program and printer.Formatting goes wild, type Arial Narrow and others won't print correctly.  Suggestions?  Thank you!

I have Acrobat 10 Pro and Acrobat Reader DC on my work computer. My supervisor needed to show me something she was working on, on my local machine and signed into Creative Cloud on my machine. It wanted install files, so I let it. When she was finished showing me what she needed to show me, I could not open .pdfs unless I logged in with her credentials. I don't have her credentials, so I uninstalled Creative Cloud. Now I can't open .pdfs unless I open Acrobat 10 Pro and browse to them. I don't want to do that; also I can't open more than one .pdf at a time like that. I have tried to change the default .pdf on my machine, but Acrobat 10 Pro does not show up on the list of available software. I tried to change it through Acrobat 10 Pro > Preferences > General, but the Select Default PDF Handler button is grayed out. What do I need to do to make Acrobat 10 Pro be the default again? I am administrator on the machine.Thank you.

Hi, I'm trying to export a Purchase Order into excel for easy uploading... the only problem is, the word "PURCHASE ORDER" that's embedded within the body of the PDF is also getting exported and it's becoming a chore to have to format the excel document after every upload. I'm only in the 7 day trial for Adobe Acrobat DC - if I purchase this, will this issue continue to be a problem for me?
