How can I stop my Adobe DC subscription, there is no cancel Button in Manage plan section!

I have Adobe acrobat pro XI for windows, i need to know if i can install it on mac OS X

What is the difference and WHY do PDF's behave this way if they are created on a Mac versus a Windows? Shouldn't they be the same?I work on both a Mac and a virtual PC. I create files in InDesign and save to PDF. My client then uploads the PDF to the company server for company wise access.. My clients staff cannot find the PDF's when created on a PC when doing a search, but it shows up if it was created on the Mac side.Shouldn't PDF's be the same regardless what platform you create the PDF on?

I am trying to add a photo; jpeg, I believe, to an existing PDF document that contains text bubbles and boxes. Can anyone tell me how to accomplish this?  I don't appear to have a tools setting that I can tell, my tool bar only allows me to send a PDF, convert to a PDF, add text to it or go to home page to select documents.  I am at a loss.

I have a dropdown box the deals with the lowest chance of a mortgage payment and the highest chance of a monthly mortgage payment. The Drop down has four choices 30 year, 20 year, 15 year and 10 Year, When they choose a term (or Year)  30 20 15 or 10. I am creating an invoice document in acrobat.  I have set up each line for input of quantities with a price and then total in the right column.  The right column always shows $0.00 in the total box, even when nothing it input into the quantity or price box.  Is there a way to make the $0.00 hidden until those two boxes are filled?  I am ok with the subtotal, tax rate, and balance staying as zeros... I just want the option to not have a ton of zeros if I only end up using one or two lines.   I am using the Adobe CC Acrobat to create this document. 

Please someone: how can I print ANYTHING from pdf? The system has asked me to update ID, re-set PW, etc, create a new (why?) ID in the cloud and so on: all very nice BUT it is now impossible to print ANY pdf, either from plain Acrobat or from Acrobat 8 Standadrd (licence up to date!): I need help desperately, please?

Hello Forum,I have a PDF that has very simple graphical content pages,but an embedded video is placed on a page.In the mandatory full-screen mode, it changes pages after X seconds.So far so good, but when the video comes, he changes also the page.But this effects also the video page, before the video ends!Therefore I would like to show this video page with an individual time.This could be done in PowerPoint, but this will help me not much.Can this InDesign somehow?Perhaps via a special java script on this page (in ID or PDF)?Thanks for the help.Marco

Sir / Madam,I want to make a submit button which when clicked would lock all the fields so that no editing can be done........... and if user again clicks the submit button then it should ask for password to unlock all the fields for editing.........and again user can edit the required fields.Hope you got what i am trying to say.

I recently updated my Adobe to the Acrobat Reader DC and now I can no longer see notes that I made on old files using the older version (I am unsure of what version it was). Is there any way to recover the notes? I know for a fact that they were saved originally when I saved the file, I created them last year and used them several times but am no longer able to see the added notes. Any help would be very much appreciated!

In Acrobat Pro (XI and DC),  I have been looking for a way to change how the files in the Attachments panel are auto-sorted.The default sort is by filename, but I would like to know if there is a way to change this so that when a user opens the main PDF, the Attachments panel sort is by Description [and not by filename].  In other words, I'd like to find a way to eliminate clicking "Description" [to get that column sorted] in the Attachments panel.Is this possible?  It didn't seem such an odd thing to ask, but I haven't seen it mentioned anywhere online.  Thanks in advance for feedback.

I purchased this in 2014 and it just recently stopped working.  I have uninstalled and tried to reinstall from the Adobe website but when it gets to the end it wont install.  Can anyone help?

I have changed my computer; in the old I had installed Adobe Acrobat 7 Pro. I have installed from the DVD this software in the new computer, The installed software ask for the registration, and it is not possible on line or by phone because I receive an error message: "Servicio de Activacion no disponible". I have download the acrobat Pro 7.0 following the instruction of the web site of Adobe, and I have download PPRO_2.0_Ret-NH_ES.zip but the installed software has been Adobe Premier Pro, No Adobe acrobat 7 Pro. How can I use my Adobe Acrobat 7.0 Pro?

Hello,I cannot figure out how to change my name when posting a "comment" on a review in Acrobat. My boss' name keeps coming up, but my name is in the corner of the PDF. When I right-click the comment, go to properties, and then general - my boss' name is "locked" so I cannot change it that way. Is there another way to change it? I've tried going into preferences from the top and clicking the box - always use log-in name for author name - and it's not working. Help? Thanks you!

I have a user who is using Windows 10/Office 2016 environment and has been downloading fillable pdf forms from government website for some time without issue.  Suddenly, she is unable to fill in a pdf form.  She starts filling it in and on the 2nd or 3rd field, Adobe stops responding and she gets error message "Adobe Acrobat DC has stopped working.  A problem caused the program to stop working correctly.  Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available."  Only option is to close program.

I am looking at a lot of patents, and am copying and pasting text from their 2-column format with Acrobat Pro XI (Lenovo E530 laptop running Win 7), and noticed errors with the text flow in the text files I created.  Specifically, I discovered that sometimes when I copied a chunk of text from the left column, I would get bits of the left and right columns interspersed, e.g. lines 1-25 copied from col 1, then 1-45 from col 2, then 25-60 from col 1, etc.Here are a couple images to show what gets selected when I select only from the left column when it works correctly (text highlighted only in the left column, as desired):and incorrectly (text highlighted in both columns):The resulting pasted text is a mess per above, making further work with the text pretty much useless.  Some pages/documents have this issue, and some don't, so I suspect it may originate in the creation of the document. So firstly the issue we have here is that we've been using a customized installer for Acrobat Pro XI which was been fine until recently, except that now every new update since 11.0.15 gets an error when trying to install over the current install. With 11.0.16 and 17 it seems to corrupt the install to some extent (program still works but you get an error about product not being found if you try to run another update patch). I've found that if I do a totally fresh install of Acrobat without our customized package than I can install 11.0.0 and patch it with 11.0.17 and it works fine. Now I just have to figure out a way to push this fix to 250 computers...So my question is, Can you use the Customization Wizard to create an install package that will also install the latest patch? I'm not terribly familiar with the wizard but it would be cool if you could point it to a file in the directory and say hey run this after Acrobat 11.0.0 is installed. Is this a thing? My computer has automatically downloaded the latest windows 10 update and now I can't get Adobe Acrobat to work. It loads up and scans in documents but if I click on the save icon or file, save as it just comes up with a white box and gets stuck. I have tried "repair installation" but this hasn't done anything.
