adobe stopped working on my macbook, what should I do?

Now I know I need help!!Not sure that I have, in all my 73 year, been more confused about how to cancel something!!I signed up for Adobe Export PDF Annual (AD 012646467 on 6/1/2014. I have just received an email to advise that my subs are again due.I am now retired, and no longer need this marvellous product. Yet having spent the last now almost an hours chasing my tail around Adobe links, I have failed all efforts to locate my credit card details and delete them.Is that a kind and caring Adobe employees out there who can help me????Please?????!!

I've downloaded different web browsers, my file is under 100 MB, I just downloaded this adobe export thing yesterday. It won't work at all. What is the issue?

I bought the Adobe PDF conversion packet expecting to be able to convert a pdf to an editable word document but the converted document is not editable. What can I do to make it editable?

I have tried the Acrobat Professional trial period to see if I wan to upgrade to the full service. I have a Abode Export PDF plan already. After the trial ended, I cannot access my Export plan anymore! My Export plan is still active till October 2018. Please help?

Unable to use https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf.  The site has been showing the error message "Unable to fetch base_uris form files tier" since I paid the annual fee six months ago.  I'd like you to pay the fee back.

Once i upload a file and send the link is it permanent? So if i upload user manuals and use that link to send to customers can i trust that it will always be there and open that file or does it disapear after so many days?

How do I access my services to convert files from and to pdf

I had to reset my computer (well the IT guy did it), now I cannot convert PDF files as I think the app was deleted.  How do I either reinstall the app or download the programme again?  Will I need another serial number?  My annual subscription was only paid in December 2017.

I purchased Adobe Export PDF and apparently lost it on upgrading my iMac OS to High Sierra. I recently paid for the annual fee. Should I cancel for this non-available service or should I consider downloading it again?Thanks, Mike

To Adobe - Re: Adobe Fill&Sign - Can you please change the 17+ age rating to 4+ - this app a valuable tool for students with disabilities who cannot write with paper/pencil. Many schools cannot use it because of the uncanny classification of a scanning app for adults only. Help!

I have adobe Export PDF Annual and when I try to use it it asks me if I want to purchase it.  How do I use it if I have already paid?
