Hallo zusammen, bisher habe ich immer zu meiner Zufriedenheit Formulare erstellen können.Seit einiger Zeit erhalte ich - leider ohne erkennbares Muster - bei einigen Dokumenten folgende Meldung bereits bei der Vorschau angezeigt:"Please wait...If this message is not eventually replaced by the proper contents of the document, your PDF viewer may not be able to display this type of document." wie gesagt, ich weiß nichht mehr weiter - werde aber jeden Tipp ausprobieren und natürlich berichten danke, hoffentlich bis baldFriedhelm

We have patients completing a form online that is emailed to us as a pdf attachment. The receptionist has to import the attachment and manually upload each one to our Adobe cloud account. We want this pdf to go instantly into our Adobe cloud account, via email, so that someone in our clinic can easily view the pdf e.g. on an ipad and sign off on it. We don't want to email it to the person signing as it could be oe of several people and we want all these pdfs to be in one shared folder. Is there a way to "email" (or use Zapier or Integromat etc.) this pdf into our cloud account so that this can be done?

Fill & Sign signatures are not loading for a user when they are on our internal network. When you click 'Sign', it just sits loading indefinitely. They do load on the guest network. We use Open DNS for our proxy. What dns entries (sites) do I need to allow for this to work correctly?Thank you.

Hello! I received a .pft document that I have to translate to another language.I downloaded a trial version of Adobe Acrobat Pro, since this is something that I've never done before. I opened the document without any problems. The text have no shadow at all. Whenever I try to change the text, a shadow appears.The document is confidential, so I can't share the hole document. I can however show some of the text:This is before I'm trying to edit it. Let's put a 'x' in front of the letter:And the shadow appears. The only way I can fix it right now, is to move the text, then mark the shadow, press delete, and move the text back to where it was located. Is there any easier way? Is there any way I can deactivate the shadows? I really hope someone here can help me, because this is happening to all the texts in the document (20 pages), and it's really annoying. I'm trying to cover a PDF to Word .Docx.  I did it before and there was even a button for it. Now, no such thing!  What happened? Any ideas of what I can do?  I bought Acrobat Pro specifically for this feature.  Help!

I stumbled upon Karl Heinz Kremer's article called: "Apply Standard PDF Form Field Formatting/Keystroke/Validation Events to Fields via JavaScript".A button runs this fine:var f = this.getField("Text2");f.setAction("Format", "AFNumber_Format(2, 0, 0, 0, \"\", true);");f.setAction("Keystroke", "AFNumber_Keystroke(2, 0, 0, 0, \"\", true);");But if the fields contained data before the script is ran and if I manually enter the same value, it does not apply the new format.Can you help?Martin

If I combine files and the tab says, "Binder", then I click 'file' and 'reduce file size' it tells me no further reduction is possible.  Then I save the file as somefilename.pdf.  I am then able to click 'file' and 'reduce file size' and it does it.  So this is a two-step process and the error message the first time is incorrect. 

Trying to merge 8 PDF files into 1 PDF. The message in Acrobat (Web) is very cryptic "Error in Merging" "Files cannot be extracted" (in German, attached). Maybe Ok. But 1)  all these files can be opened in Adobe Acrobat. 2) There is no indication on which file is failing => How can I get this information or more information to correct the issue? 

I have a form with a digital signature field, which includes the following execution field when the field is signed:this.getField("Date").value = "Digital Signature: " + util.printd("yyyymmdd", new Date()); The corresponding "Date" field has the format set as yyyymmdd to match above. However, upon digitally signing the document I get the following Warning: JacaScript Window -Invalid date/time: please ensure that the date/time exists. Field [Date] should match format yyyymmdd The "Date" field is formatted to yyyymmdd, and it even displays a correct example of the result on the format tab, so I don't understand why the error message comes up.

Chrome's Acrobat extension does not recognize my installed/licensed Acrobat Pro-X. So, it does not let me convert web pages. How can I make it recognize & work? Chrome is Version 87.0.4280.66 (Official Build) (32-bit) on 11/25/20Acrobat is 10.1.16  Thanks bill@billhoffman.com

Does anyone know how much cloud storage comes with an @12848191 DC (only) subscription? I can't find that info anywhere, and it's not visible in the app or my DC webspace. I do know that when it's part of a CC sub, it's part of the 100 GB total (and. plan).So how would you use the 2GB of free Document Cloud storage? Is there a free version of Acrobat? Or do you mean if someone purchases Acrobat DC (instead of subscribing to it)? 

When I select signature, I dont have all the options available. I know is related to this specific file, I just cant find where to enable the rest of the options (text,  X, check mark, etc) 

Adobe has been working fine for a long time.  Now when choosing to export to Word document I get error message "The operation could not be completed, Please try again later" or I get a "forbidden" message.

Hi,I'm encountering an issue with Printing in embedded Adobe.When I click one of the print buttons (see below) or click Ctrl+P, the print dialogue doesn't pop up. It only happens while the Win10 version is 2004 (the latest) and the Adobe Reader DC version installed is the latest, in 64 bit version.I have noticed a difference in the behavior between the 32 and 64 bit versions:In 64 bit client we see Acrord32.exe process and printing doesn't workIn 32 bit client we see RdrCEF.exe process and printing does work Any help will be appreciated. Thanks,Yuval

I'm to print and sign in front of a notary. I'm wanting to know if I e sign my document is it considered legal and can be used as if a notary public was present?

Trying to purchase a standalone license of Acrobat standard.  I have no interest in a subscription license.  In fact in my case it would not work as the systems I need to install the license on are not allowed to be connected to any network or access the Internet.  Does Adobe no longer offer direct purchases of standalone licenses?

Hi Everyone, I it possible to print multiple multiple copies of multiple PDF files at the same time? When I select multiple PDF in same folder and right-click > Print this print options popup is not appear.  Thanks for an advice!

Detailed information about the problem experienced by one of our customers is below;Adobe Acrobat Reader DC version "2020.009.20063" is installed on Windows 2012 R2 Terminal server. It works fine with HP Universal PCL 6.5 Driver.However, there was a vulnerability in Adobe Acrobat Reader DC "2020.009.20063" version and Acrobat Reader DC version "2020.013.20064" was installed and problems started. Some PDF files are problematic as attached.I have tried the following;* I have installed Universal Driver v7.0. It didn't work.* I was able to install Foxit Reader on the terminal server and output the same PDL file without any problem. However, the institution does not want to go outside Adobe.* When we try it from a PC with Windows 10 and the new Adobe Acrobat Reader DC "2020.013.20064" installed, the same PDF files come out without any problems.* I have installed HP Universal PS v7.0 driver on W2012 R2 Server. When I convert a pdf to word it now automatically defaults to arial font or crashes. I use pdf to word for mail merging and it was working fine for months, but for the past week none of the pdfs I converted to word had the correct fonts. The fonts are installed on my pc, so I don't understand what the issue is. Does anyone know how to stop converted documents defaulting to arial font? 

I work for a Michigan intermediate school district (ISD) and currently I am making HR forms fillable. I have a question in section 1 of the attached file that has 2 checkboxes the person must select 1 or the other. Question A. is only a checkbox, but if the person selects B., then follow-up questions must be completed. How do I add a condition to lock B. checkbox and questions, if A.? If B. is checked, how do I group the questions so the person completing the form completes the required fields for B.?

I have disabled the document Cloud services via the Wizard and I have also checked the registry settings FeatureLockdown\cServices.Still we have the possibility to "Store and share files in the Document Cloud - Learn more" in the bottom right corner in the pdf document.  I need to remove this function since our company does not allow the cloud.Thank you for your help!Cecilia
