Hi. I didn’t want to continue working with Adobe but my money was withdrawn!I don’t use Adobe and ask for my money back

After copy and past of multiple fields from a page to another page, fields are totally out of place sometimes.I hope that this bug can be fixed fast, because this bug is increasing the time to create new forms based on old ones dramatically. It was working perfectly for years!

On that site I was able to collect my Adobe credentials for www.meherbabalibrary.org. (Today I attempted to open that site and was 'denied access'?)I was then sent via email from Adobe the credenials. Hello. I'm developing Acrobat reader plug-in.I would like to display additional images (Valid, Invalid, ...) at the signature appearance location of the digitally signed document.Adobe Reader Integration Key License (RIKLA) has been received.I'm building DocSign from Plug-in sample source and then connecting and checking digitally signed documents.GetBoolProperty, getAtomProperty, getTextProperty, and sessionAcquire callback functions are called.However, functions related to digital signatures such as sigGetSigProperties, sigGetSigValue, sigCreateAPNXObj, sigValidate, getLogo are not called.Need additional settings?Can you tell me what I'm doing wrong?

When i send through document cloud document to fill and sign, it is using wrong timezone as i can see in audit report. It is using GMT but i am in Australia UTC+10. In my profile settings is timezone set well. I tried to find solution in forum here but i wasnt successful as they seems to be outdated and no valid in current version. Any advice how to fix it will be very appreciated.

I have now tried 5 times to download the Font Pack and it will not download at all. I have tried several different browsers along with turning off my firewall.  Adobe is of no help at all.  What can I do?

Hello Everyone, I have a PDF that contains links to URLs and PDFs in the body of a single PDF. Do you know if there is a way, maybe through JavaScript, to print everything when the user prints the main PDF?  This way they don't have to print each PDF separatly. Thank you!VW

We have a Windows network of about 200 users, may of whom have Adobe Acrobat or Reader running on their Windows workstation or laptops. Our setup has a self-signed certificate managed by the Windows Servers. Our root certificate was changed a year ago because of some server problemm, but on the whole, signing PDF documents with digital signatures continues to work well. Lately, some users have been getting "the credential selected for signing is invalid"  during the last step of making a digital signature in Reader or Acrobat. Some old posts regarding this issue concerned a MAC system, which does not apply here. Another post said the solution was to chuck out the certificates - I presume from some cache in the workstations, there were no specifics on that. So, what are the main reasons for this message and how is the problem fixed?

I have several PDF documents that I need to sign in Adobe DC. A handwritten signature has been added to the program so when I choose Fill & Sign I'm able to use the signature as an insert in a signature field. The signature is too large for the space, though, so it has to be manually resized for every document. Is there a way to make the size of the signature smaller as a default so when we use Fill & Sign in the future it's automatically that smaller size?I do not want to use the Adobe Sign program. Please don't suggest it.

I've been avoiding posting this question for months but it's an ongoing problem.  I received a form that had validated signatures.  The signature block is highlighted, but I can't enter anything into the block.  Normally, I use a stored signature.  Any ideas???

Hello, Adobe digital edition doesn't recognize my e-book reader anymore; in the menu "send to...." is no longer listed. until recently this still worked.I have uninstalled and deleted everything regarding Adobe digital edition and installed the latest version.It is not possible to transfer it to the reader. My E-Book Reader: Touch HD 3.I would be very happy if someone can help me

Hi, I tried to login and see the pricing plan for Document Cloud with my Adobe ID, but it goes to error screen as attached, then how I could see the pricing plan and make the subscription? 

I paid for this yesterday (11/18/2017) and used it once. Today (next day) each time I click on convert it takes me to the page that provides subscription options and I cannot get around this in order to use my year's subscription.

I have a multi-page form that uses the same information to fill in numerous blanks, specifically the user’s name. I have named all such fields  the same (“Name”) so that when the user fills in the first field all the others are also filled in. However, there is one such blank where the user might want to occasionally leave the field blank or type in different information. I am new to this, but I hae created a button the user can hit and make the one selected field go blank, allowing the user to then either leave it blank or type in  new information. To do this I have cobbled together the following code: I changed name of  the field to be made changeable from “Name” to ““Name1” I created a field named “Hidden” that has a display of “Hidden” I put the following JavaScript in the calculate tab of “Name1” if (this.getField("Hidden").value.length== 0)event.value = this.getField("Name").valueAsString 4      

I am trying to help a small non-profit news organisation based in Zimbabwe. This is what we are trying to do. I know it's a bit unusual but there is an explaination of why we're doing this at the end if you want to know. 1.) If we use multiple pages the page breaks are in weird places. If we make it one long page it gets cut off because we hit the max page height limit. QUESTION: is there any simple way to scale the newsletter to fit page height. I guess any height will do - if there are big margins we can crop it later. QUESTION: Is there a way to create a pdf and manually insert page breaks in more natural places? Pages will then be different sizes but it will be easier to read. *****Why we are doing this: many people in Zimbabwe do

Hi thereI created a form with checkboxes. When I click the checkbox, the page automatically moves to the next page. There is no JavaScript at all in the checkboxes nor any actions. What's causing this?thank you
