Key of success of any technology is universal use..Anyone should be able to access..Aero play 0.23.4 (128)Now due high specifications requirements only few cellphones are compatible without bug issues with aero playI tested with 20 cellphones to run an 3d ar experience.65% devices were not compatibleInside the 35% of compatible devices, you can't see the model properly represented.Only 2 cellphones from 20 units worked satisfactory. Aero play should be released with several versions maybe a low requirements version, with universal compatibility.. Android and iOS.. Medium requirements, and high requirements devices.. To have success aero play should be universal Aero play liteAero play universalAero play high experience.
Let us play animations, at least 3D animations, in reverse. I created a project where I had an object I wanted the user to tap to open, and then they could subsequently tap to close. To my dismay, there was no way to play the animation in reverse. Instead, I had to get creative and imported a new 3D object with the reverse animation, align the two models, and had to hide/show between the two to get the effect I needed. For practical applications where a user would want to show off an object that can be exploded to show detail but also combined again (the same animation reversed) to show the final product, being able to reverse animations would make the designing process in Aero so much easier.
I often use specific settings for certain behaviors, like their duration or the number of repetitions. It would be helpful to have a 'Preferences' tab where I can establish my preferred defaults. This way, every time I start a new file or create a new behavior, they will be preconfigured to my specifications. This would save me the hassle of repeatedly switching, such as changing from 'scale' to 'fade'.
This is what could improve my workflow using Aero. I have certain behavior types that work well and I reuse all the time. For example: a circle expanding to tell the player to move away from an object, with text aiming to instruct the player to 'move away.' - I would like to import this trigger or behavior set straight from my own library. - or be able to copy it from one file to another. - In general, it would be great to be able to copy behaviors too, so that all your timers and options (e.g., fade or appear) are set to how you want them to be.
Hi, I’m enjoying using Geospatial Creator for Aero Beta and the email mentioned I have to request to join Geo Aero Beta Discord community through substance 3D but I think my message didn’t get notice.Anyone can help to add me in so that I can exchange and learn from the community? I have many ideas I want to produce on Geo Aero Thank you in advance. My username: sufeeyama
I absolutely love Aero and how it's such a simple no-code solution. I think it would be such an easy way to integrate AR into lessons/videos at my work. But right now the lack of support for android devices is the only drawback from using Aero as a platform for creating AR experiences. I reallyy wish you guys would make some progress on that front.
Hi,I'd really love to have a 2D orthographic view with the plan and the elevations and be able to manipulate the objects directly in that view. It would be really helpful in moving and aligning elements. V
Hello Aero Dev Friends! I have been working hard on a few aero projects and wanted to ask for some features. I have noticed that when you load a project now it seems to remember that if you have previously loaded the project it just opens the file right away - which is great! I would like to ask for the ability to save a few projects off line that can be preloaded to an ipad and take with me to a trade show. This would be helpful if I just wanted to hand something to a customer to take a quick look at and don't have to worry about the project loading up or not working on a customer device. I would also like to ask for analytics. It would be nice to see how many people have viewed my project so I can get an idea of the engagement. Finally I'd like to share one of my projects with you to test with. https://adobeaero.app.link/cq1W3xR8LBb
We have clients that request a larger area to scan the AR elements into. They want to be able to zoom out or have options other then the default camera view. More like a fisheye lens in a tight space. The video posted was made using an attached lens, client does not like the curving of the display bays Thanks Paul C
A previous Codelab provided steps to configure Webview as AR object in the Geospatial pre-release i.e. - Search for a location where you want to create your AR experience and tap on it to load the 3D map.- Tap on the +icon at the bottom right of the screen and select Webview from the menu.- Enter the URL of the web page you want to display in AR and tap on Done.- Drag and resize the webview to position it where you want it on the 3D map The webview appears to have been removed in the latest Geospatial Desktop pre-release. Re-instating it would be a game changer for our proposition.
Hello! As someone who really enjoys Aero as a creative tool and uses it for work almost daily, I think it's so helpful/interesting to see the discussions around feature requests and common bug reports that users have, as well as the feedback given from the team. Mostly, I like to be informed of what the features and bugs currently working on, so that I have an idea of what I'll be able to create with it down the line. Having to click through user submissions (mostly duplicates) and read feedback on what the team is working on/discussing takes a lot of time. I think it would be useful for everyone if there was a clear way to see what's being worked on, and I'm sure that it would reduce the amount of duplicate idea submissions. That's why I'm kindly asking for a community roadmap. Something that shows whats being worked on and whats being considered.I remember there being one on the old board about a year ago, so it's not as if there's no precedent for one. I can understand that it

My team is currently developing an augmented reality (AR) experience to be integrated into an online course and I'm interested in finding out whether it's possible to ensure the privacy of our Adobe Aero AR experience? We want to protect our work from being replicated elsewhere.
When using the 'Scale' action to affect an object, it only scales on a central pivot point. My object needs to remain on the ground plane, so the 'bottom' pivot point should be respected when scaling. Currently the object either ends up floating or clipping through the ground plane when scaled.
To create richer more lifelike and organic AR experiences it would be helpful to have randomise features.Imaging having a 3D Character or Object that can randomly choose from an array of predefined .fbx or .glb animations. Or using a series of different PNG sequences to randomise facial expressions or surface textures.
So I've created some educational expereinces with a client and received positive feedback. These experiences can take a while to get through due to long audio clips. However, some of the feedback suggestions were the ability to 'rewind' or jump back to what has just been shown rather than ave to go through the entire expereince again. My thoughts were some kind of on screen buttons (that are not within the virtual world) but appear as flat traditional 2D buttons on the screen and appear regardless of where the using is pointing the device. So perhaps it could be some form of stop/start/rewind buttons. Or perhps some kind of chapter markers. Cheers, Rog.
To view the AR creation, the user needs to install the app. Instead of that, they will prefer seeing directly using the camera scanner. If the app installation can be avoided that would be great for user experience.
I have been using Aero to create various UI designs and wanted to share some issues I have encountered. An example project can be found here: I am wondering will there be future updates to address issues such as lack of alignment tools, non-adjustable model materials and UI controls. In general I am curious if Aero will work better with other Adobe products such as Figma or Adobe Substance. Hello Adobe. I have a question or perhaps a feature request to add to Adobe Aero. I would love to create assets that have a flat shadeless material texture to my models in order for me to seamlessly integrate 2D motion graphic content in a similar style into the 3D realm. For example, I have made and rigged a 3D model in a similar style to my 2D vector work created in adobe illustrator. The idea was to combine motion graphic sequences, exported as flat planes and mix them with a 3D style for AR. I have attached a few images to communicate what I mean. I exported the model and tested it out in a .glb viewer browser online, and all seem to look and move exactly as I wanted it to look! Sadly, when importing the .glb model into Aero, it seems there's still some PBR influence suggesting forms to my geometry. Theres no options to change or influence the shader to match the style I'm looking for. Unless I'm doing something incorrectly, could you perhaps add some way
Allow developers to add advanced features by adding their own code packages (as was done in Adobe Air with ANE), in order to build more advanced apps. This will keep the app basic for designers and artists but will increase interest from developers. Maybe even form a marketplace around these extensions.
One Issue that I have is that I want to use aero in areas that may have little or no cell connectivity. It would be nice to save a project (or several) to something like an IPAD so people can view the project from a common device that is offline. Think of a trade show where you want a lot of people to see your ar project but they cant get connection or dont want to use their own device. Having several projects preloaded on a device would be more convenient for them and allow you to quickly show off the project.
Hi Aero, we invented a beacon device called LigTag which offers.a new way to bridge physical and digital worlds together. Here's the slides for LigTag introduction of what it can do. We'd like to propose to be adopted by Aero as a new Anchor type. We love Aero so much for its authoring apps both mobile and desktop, hope to have opportunity to present to you.
Hello Aero team, I would really like to be able to use a new action that allows the user to immediately start a phone call by tapping an asset. This new action is commercially very interesting. Furniture can be viewed from all sides, click to order form on the website is already possible, but it would be great if the customer could also call directly for the order.Create a nice interface where country code and number can be entered.
Would the idea of being able to run projects/experiences from the internal drive of the device be considered? I raise this as the data being retrieved from the cloud affects:• Download speed dependant on file size• Internet connection required Locally stored files would get around this... Cheers, Rog.
