All my files are missing. I can see them in my creative cloud folder on my computer, but I can't see them when I select "view on web".
I cannot restore files or permanently delete files from the deleted folder on CC. This means I continue to lose space from my allotment and cannot free up space by permanently deleting deleted files.
Here's an idea - unify your file system and actually back up file version history like every other cloud storage architecture system invented by man. In what world does it make sense to have a 'Creative Cloud Files' folder in Windows, which is intended for everyday storage of documents, that is also known as 'Synced Files', but it's not the same as 'My Files' which is also called 'Cloud Documents'. Oh and there's a window for Version History for Synced Files when view on Creative Cloud (remember we're not looking at Cloud Documents despite the fact that this is on the Creative CLOUD dashboard FML), but it doesn't actually record version history (i.e. it only shows the latest version as the sole entry under version history no matter how many times you've saved over a file and synced it back) and even if it did, it doesn't preserve previous versions to restore later. Pick one system to kill: Document Cloud or Creative Cloud Files.
Need a way to download my XD files from the new cloud. The old cloud kept a local copy so I could have my IT guy back the adobecloud folder up but i don't see a way to keep a backup or easily periodically backup/archive all my files. I realize i could open each file up and save another copy to disk but that could get time consuming and it throws old files in my recently opened list in adobe XD which makes daily usage confusing if i just did a "backup". I wan't to keep using the cloud to store files if possible but I may need to go back to local files if i can't figure out a workflow for backups.
If I want to unlock library items for Team members, I need to invite them individually. It would be a time-saver if Team admin could select Edit rights on all libraries by default. Another option would be to display Team members in the invite panel, instead of inserting individual emails. I work for a global company with many team members on our Enterprise account. I wish I could select the team as a whole and permit Edit rights more easily and quickly.
The worst system of clouds I had !!!, pure tragedy, works on 2 computers, suddenly 1 computer can not synchronize, and generates conflicted files, constantly disappears or miracles appear ... thank you, you destroyed my project !!!
We need a button or some way to select all the files and apply an action to them. Today, it is necessary to select each item in the trash, for example, use it to be able to delete them. These items take up space in memory and it would be more practical for a button to select all items and delete them once.
I have been deleting most of my photos and emptying my trash, yet it still says I have no storage. I know my photos aren't taking up all 20 GB of storage and I am getting very frustrated with Adobe. Considering cancelling my subscription due to this...
Other than synced folders there is no way to collaborate or share files and assets. I created a sync folder and invited my graphic designer who uploaded but they never synced? Cloud Files have no way to share them with collaborators. Would love to use all my cloud storage ... but how???
To delete a cloud file I need to go to cloud application found my files and delete them. It would be easier for me to do it from the application (XD) Because somehow, when I say save as and chose a file I saved before, it create a duplication and not a version. It bloats my file list and I want to quickly delete them.
Created a library for my business and now can only access it online. Can no longer see it in any of the apps which really sucks. I have tried numerous things to get it back from the support website and none of them are working.
Could you please add button to download multiple files in adobe creative cloud your work. I think there is a need to add this button so we can download all important files with one click.
Why is there no option to delete assets? I need to update old mogrt. files and there's no way to do this.
I had a plug-in that worked well. I have no idea how to now add this back on to the new up-date. there has to be a better way to add plug-ins.
I mean, does this work for *anyone* (https://assets.adobe.com/public/18dd47fc-b297-4254-6915-52d3defae845# with) with Adobe Photoshop 2021? It would be an amazing action set to have, but it just errors out saying "Could not rasterize because the selected pattern is not available." and that a bunch of the actions just don't work or aren't available. This would be so cute and useful... if it ever worked (https://creativecloud.adobe.com/cc/discover/article/transform-photos-into-watercolors-with-a-free-photoshop-action?trackingid=3SH1B79Y&mv=email&locale=en).

Hi there, Can Any Adobe Officials answer this? Why don't you guys bring the Adobe Official to Bangladesh? Resellers are taking 100 times the price of the official price. We can't even buy directly from Bangladesh. People are forced to use Pirated Software.
Review Files are displayed with crop. It'd be better without crop.
For now files can only be sorted by "Date modified". That's not sufficient! There should be more options, at least "By Name".
We need to see old versions with the comments related to each one, as well as a "Compare Revisions" feature. Just so the reviewer knows the changes have been made. Comments should restart fresh every time a new version is posted. Otherwise there are comments hanging out in the middle of nowhere because the new version is different. If you need to take a look at someone who's doing it right, check out GoVisually.com.
It would be amazing, to select artboards, which the client should se and review. Because I'm working with products and mostly artboard has accurate size for printing, but for client i create different preview (that he understands) 🙂
If I have multiple files in single project or multiple project, its really difficult to find it and open. why cant we have search bar in file section Itself. Currently I am going to creative cloud and search the file and open. sometimes the open button not even showing. Or Adobe has figure out how to organize the files in a efficient way
I use a personal subscription for photoshop and lightroom, and also cloud sync files. I have enterprise licensing for the rest of the suite. MAINLY Acrobat. I need both on ONE computer. I can't do that with your licensing model now. I either can't get my file, or I can't open it. I have to choose. This is NOT cool. I've worked with my office and with yours for so many hours that I'm actually trying crap free pdf viewers, and I'm working on alternate photo opportunities and an alternate cloud service. I trusted you. I don't anymore.
- Open the Creative Cloud desktop app- Click on the cloud icon- Click on 'Creative Cloud Web'- This takes you to a page called 'Files'. However, this is not a page of your files. To find these, you have to click 'Go To Files' at the bottom left of the page, a tiny link which is missing on small screens.- Then you're finally at your Files, and able to view your 'Library'But then, it's actually 'Cloud Documents' not Files. So I'm confused and this makes no sense...
My team and I are working on a ton of different files, and as we are moving to and from home and work, we also switch computers. When using the Beta Review feature in AI, the only issue we have is when we go from work to home, and open the same file in dropbox on a different computer, the comments are no longer linked to that file. The original link still exists and is viewable, so that works for us. But if we want to re-share the link, we have to make a new one. It's not the biggest issue but I feel like this is something that would make the Review feature go from 8/10 to 10/10.
