Adobe Collaboration Experiences

I am trying to find a file that I think I deleted out of my Creative Cloud folder. I logged into my account through the browser, went to Your Work > Deleted Items, and started to search for the file. Imagine my surprise to find a significant number of files that have NEVER been in my CC folder. Why does Deleted Items now mirror my computer's actual recycle bin? There is NO reason why the two should EVER sync. Who came up with this??

Had 16 artboards in my file initially, which was viewable on the development link. I marked a couple of assets for development later and updated the link. Now the new updated link shows only 2 artboards.

Why are the last Versions of my XD Documents missing? We pay monthly for the complete Adobe Package and such things must not happen!

For an Workshop on Xd I distributed a link to a directory with assets.https://shared-assets.adobe.com/link/9831f438-61cc-4505-4188-c438e52b4f24The containing XD files were displayed as directories and could not be downloaded.

Two parts: one, why isn't there an actual contact for help instead of this feedback option? And second, why does my current, long term Adobe account give me this message every time I try to upgrade the amount of storage: "Purchase UnavailableThis product isn't available for purchase in your country or region (Singapore)."

While working today I found XD had launched a flip feature allowing users to flip images along length, etc. When I updated XD, I lost a lot of work I did in last few months - You can see the work I'm referring to in the published prototype - it will show a game called Bujo. Can you please restore my files to as they were before I updated XD. I've looked everywhere I could think of but can't find the files.

underscore file names does not show file previews on adobe cloud website. i have to remove all underscores for the file image to show up. please fix.

There are files and folders which cannot be deleted anymore, neither in the cloud nor locally (which fails syncing to the cloud).At least it would be nice if you could repair my account.

Good day! Nowhere can I find the manual management of Cloud storage! Lightroom files took up the whole place, and the ability to unload them is nowhere to be found!  How to remove unnecessary albums ligtroom from cloud storage, so they do not take up space?

When sharing a file to someone outside of CC, the view is off for the recipient. There's a large space at that top of the page that moves the file preview way down the page. When sharing a folder outside of CC, the banner with the folder name is huge.

Instantly my old link where me and my team were working on didn't display all the screens. Tried to refresh the link, to update it, close browser, etc the same!Then I created a new link, but I need some old comments back so how do i see the old link?Thanx

InDesign Error Code 4: Cannot open several files. How can I recover my work?

While entering a Japanese text in a shared Adobe XD prototype comment text field, it listens too aggressively to the "Enter key down" event. The Enter (Return) key is used by the Japanese input frontend to accept a conversion of the typed phonetic characters to the proper display characters. So pressing Enter key should only insert the composed phrase into the text field and allow further composition while the user is typing in Japanese.I hope you can make an update so that an Enter key press posts the comment ONLY when a Japanese phrase is not currently being composed, as otherwise it is rather frustrating.I'm not a programmer so maybe I'm being off the point, but it seems like you should not be listening to the key down event but to the actual carriage-return characters to be inserted into the text field.I'm using Google Chrome 66.0.3359.181 on MacOS 10.12.6

Hi, when you're on an Xd Project from the quickview in Cloud, Up right, "déconnexion" is misspelled.

For the last couple of days, I'm trying to upload some mp4 video (700MB) to cloud storage but it doesn't work. I keep staring at this http://take.ms/MKvtS and once it disappears the video is NOT uploaded in Assets. Also, uploading photos is super slow, but at least it works.

All my files are missing. I can see them in my creative cloud folder on my computer, but I can't see them when I select "view on web".

I cannot restore files or permanently delete files from the deleted folder on CC. This means I continue to lose space from my allotment and cannot free up space by permanently deleting deleted files.
