Spam score changed when choose different test email address

I can't save any "color theme"，the Save Color Theme button is gray.

How do I change which color is the base color within a color theme? Initially, the base color triangle icon is set to the middle color of the 5. I want to move the base color triangle within an existing color scheme so that a different one of the 5 colors can act as the base color.

Chrome - I copy and paste my HEX into the web version of Adobe Kuler and nothing happens. I can see My HEX code in the spot allotted for it, but the colors do not update.  Are we really expected to start entering RBG values. That's much more convenient entering 3 numbers instead of just 1. ... sarcasm MS Edge - I can't even paste into the HEX field at all.Was  this tested before release? Is this function as designed? Is there plans to fix this?

I can't extract the colors of my image into the Color Wheel as I could in the previous version.Is there any way to do it?Kind regards,Dan

I cannot extract the color from an imported image on the new site today. Worked perfectly fine yesterday. Now, I upload the image, and I cannot see the hex # which is what I'm looking for. I click over to the Color Wheel tab, and the colors that show are not the ones I uploaded. I click back to the Extract From an Image tab, and the image is gone. I cannot save my upload, whether or not I'm signed in. Please help!

Why-oh-why would you have a checkbox that says "Stay logged in", when you get logged out every hour or so? It's completely redundant to have it if you're not kept logged in. Either remove this or actually keep me logged in - can't have both.Maybe I'm the only one experiencing this?

I have a document scanned in color but need to change it to grey scale, can I do that?

Hello, I am working in Adobe Creative Cloud and seem to be missing my link up to the Adobe Color Themes.  I can access the themes through the website but not through opening the program itself. See attached image of what things look like on my end.We have uninstalled and reinstalled the program a number of times but it does not seem to make a permanent fix.  Has anyone run into this sort of problem?Thanks

When I go to Adobe color and make a color palette it automatically saves it to a new library Adobe names "Testing CC Library" instead placing the palettes in my library. I can't seem to to figure out a way to stop this or to move the palettes to my library.

How do you create a color theme based on hex numbers? 

Hi: I signed into ADOBE COLOR CC in the web and i try to save a palette, it downloads and when I try to open it (.ase) my PS-CS6 opens but I cannot see any app. Do you know why?Could you email me?

I have signed into my account. I have created a swatch. I have attempting to download the swatch to my iMac running Mohave. I click on Save Color Scheme. In Actions I then choose Download ASE but NOTHING downloads.  I have tried using different browsers; Safari, Chrome and Firefox. Please advise.

Whenever I save a theme from Adobe Color CC to my CC Libraries, and then try to access that theme in XD, it says that the "element is unsupported".

When you enter C70 M100 it displays a very very wrong color. In fact you get the contrary C100 M70Entering same values on Adobe soft get the right colorMaybe some dev guy inverted colors…

This may be old hat to most of you but being new I will share my problem.I have a professionally taken photograph of my daughter in her wedding dress which was Ivory in colour but on the prints (again profesionally produced) it comes out White. It also comes out white on any that I print, from a USB pen the photographer supplied. How can I get the dress to change colour without effecting the colour balance of the whole photograph.I am using Photoshop CC 2017.Thanks in advance.Dennis Burton

Hey team,I found some previous discussions where something similar was happening, but I didn't add to them because they were slightly different and they had recently some maintenance done and was a while ago. So I figured it was best to create a new discussion in case it was a new maintenance update.The "My Themes" page on Adobe Color CC won't load. If you are signed in, it just defaults back to the 'create' page instead. If you are not signed in, it asks to sign in, and once you do sign in, it goes into a forever refreshing loop.If you click on "My Themes" from the header navigation, it alternates between a blank page and defaulting back to the 'create' page. If you click "My Themes" from the footer navigation, it'll reload the page, be blank for a bit and then change to 'create' page again. Hello, I have been trying to login to Adobe Color for weeks (definitely over a month) and am experiencing the same issue. My Themes tab is not loading, it either shows me a black screen or reloads the previous page I was on. I am logged in with my Adobe ID (adrianmwhite@gmail.com). When I click Create and Explore they load properly.I have cleared my cache and nothing has worked. Currently using Google Chrome Version 68.0.3440.106.

Hi all,we have a hex-color (#3bafda) and want to convert it to CMYK.We used the Adobe Color-website and got CMYK-values, but when we check in photoshop, the CMYK values are different.RGB and HSB values are the same as on the website. Checking on Colorhexa.com gives the same values as the Adobe-color site.In the Photoshop-conversion settings we changed the color engine and intent, but none of the settings gave us the same result as the websites.Off course we can manually create the correct CMYK-color in PS, but I wonder where these differences originate.Thanks for your help.Ralf
