Adobe Fonts

Hi, my client is asking me for a license for specific fonts (an official document from Adobe that proves we have the rights to use the font) Where can I get it? 

why adobe change arabic number feautre in version after cs 5 version same font number become style in cs 5 last version. new version not this feature???

We recently updated our web projects to adjust some font options. Upon making the update, Typekit must have changed some configuration in the rendering and now ALL projects with Aktiv Grotesk, (that we've been using for at least 2 years) is broken. For some reason, the font sits slightly higher than normal, and so all of our buttons and assets that show borders have the font sitting slightly too high. This is a live commercial website, and the placements of our fonts contribute to presentations that we generate for our sales and client services team. We have no way that I know of to rectify this using just CSS. I'm sure we're not the only ones that will be impacted by this for those using Aktiv Grotesk. See our buttons breaking:  See even on fonts.adobe.com how the Aktiv Grotesk font is sitting high above in the box.

Designer should be able to create folders regroup font based on project... As many folder and sub folder as we want. Then, we could share those projects folders with collaborators, allowing them the rights to add or remove or only view the content.So as a new collaborator on a project, I could propose other fonts if I am allowed to. If not, I could be at least be able to activate those fonts on my adobe account (activate them individually or by family or by folder entirely). Those Projects folders would be listed on the Adobe CC app / font / on the left side (under your font).So we could turn them on or off there. By selecting one folder, the list of font should appeare in the middle with the ability to turn on or off individually.We should be able to create, rename, share and delete folder directly in the Adobe CC app... On the adobe font web site, we should have a Tab only for project folders (beside Favorites in the menu).Same features here to manage folders (add, ren

I have designed mathematical fonts to be used in Illustrator. The fonts (regular and italic) have been created using licenced and genuine authontic applications. Mathemtical fonts do not exists in Adobe Fonts. How can I contribute these math fonts to the font stock in Adobe?

I do not subscribe to Creative Cloud, nor do I want to. I need to use a couple of open source fonts, but cannot seem to find it available to download for use offline (I'd be willing to pay for a license, but it's open source, so kind of a moot point). Source Sans Variable and Source Serif Variable There are Google Fonts versions but they differ enough to cause copyfitting issues. I need to be able to use the exact same fonts as the designer. Any suggestions? 

Both on the Adobe Fonts webstite and in Creative Coud Desktop, the sample text (e.g., The quick brown fox jumps over the lazy dog") for all my fonts appears in small caps. Is there a setting for this I can change?

I found a font called "Gill Sans Ultra Bold" in the fonts list in Illustrator, with the little 'O' next to it which I believe indicates it is Open Type. I cannot find this exact font when I search adobe fonts on the website - there is a similar font called "Gills Sans Nova Ultra Bold", but it is not exactly the same, for example the quotation mark glyphs are clearly different.  So is Gill Sans Ultra Bold covered under the same licensing rules as other Adobe fonts? Or are they different for open type fonts that don't show up in the fonts library on the website? If so, what are the licensing rules for those types of fonts? Thank you

I want to use a font for a clients logo. I read over the License terms and FAQs for adobe fonts and theres something Im confused about. It says that you can use a font for nearly any project, as many projects as your want, but single letters/characters/glyphs cannot be used to spell something out. (from here-on out I will use "letter(s)" for letters/characters/glyphs)The project Im doing for the client involces a logo and the name of his company. Primarily he's needing it for cards, but Im certain it wouldn't be limited to cards. Im pretty sure he'll want to print out vinyl decals to put on his vehicle. But when you print out vinyl decals, the letters are no longer "connected" as an image, but are cut into seperate vinyl letters.It seems . . . unlikely (imo) that you can use a font to print a card, but couldn't print vinyl decals. But I don't want either my client or myself getting sued. So I just wanted to confirm.Does anyone have clarification on this matter? Your time and any feedba

Hello! I would like to ask you one question concerning font license. If I have a outlined text logo ( using Adobe font), can I send it to the client in format AI or EPS? Ask you, because in question/ answers concerning font Adobe licence I found information that I can send client file in the following formats: PDF, JPEG, or PNG.But I don't understand why I can't sent in AI format if the logo is outlined 🙂 Here I enclosed the answer which I found:"Does my client need their own font license to use the designs?No, not if you are creating graphics or documents that have rasterized or properly embedded font data, such as a PDF, JPEG, or PNG." Thank you in advance.  

Hello.I have been using Brush Script MT for years.  Even before installing CC.  After installing CC 2 years ago, I've used Brush Script MT a lot in Photoshop.  It's the font we use for our club's name.But today, I opened a previous document and CC tells me it activated Brush Script Std Medium. Why would CC activate a font I'm not using nor ever have?  I double checked and Brush Script Std Medium is not in the document.  Just Brush Script MT and Arial. Photoshop 23.5.1 - Windows 11 Build 22000.1042 Stanley

Hello,Please, i found an error in the New Rubrik font. The font loading is bad in Windows. Please advise or fix what to do. For example, for the buttons it looks very bad. Hi, When I edit my projects under "Web Projects", I cannot see the chosen fonts - its says "TOTAL: 4 FONTS". However they do not appear in the list below. I cannot add any more projects - but if I add a new project from another account, I can see the list on the same font. Could you advice me on how to edit the font on the projects? Look at my screenshot: 

When Adobe stops supporting Type1 fonts will OPENTYPE-PS be supported?  OR will OPENTYPE-TT be the only font format supported?

Fira Sans Condensed SemiBold is coming up as "OpenType Type 1." It's creating errors with the printer. They won't allow any type 1 fonts anymore, and we need this design to be approved by the printer for the upcoming issue. I am not sure where else to report this. I looked at the path in Indesign, and it says, "Activated from Adobe Fonts" so it's not our computers...Anyone know where I can report this to get this fixed?Thanks!Sonja

OK. I admit it. I write far too much. So I made a short summary, then realized that I needed to move it to the top or it's likely no one will actually see it. lol Here's the short version:I have over 886 fonts gathered over 30 years and decided to try actually using Adobe fonts as a font manager.Problem 1: Upload is drag and drop and limited to 20 fonts. Korolev has 19 styles, so that was 1 of roughly 400 families. So I had to repeat the upload process a gazillion times. Problem 2: Only 16 fonts per page when showing what's been uploaded. Korolev is a family of 19+ fonts so I can't even get the entire family on a single page.  I have 54 pages. Meanwhile there is room for 4 lines of fonts between each line. Probably because of the icon on the left which doesn't show the actual font. All of the icons are the same, so what's the point? Problem 3: Adobe filters and skips uploading fonts already in its library to not upload them again which makes sense for a number of re

Quick question to double check - I did a little research here on the Adobe forum and found where Adobe allows most usage of fonts on web applications, but as long as our company maintians an Adobe subscription, is it Kosher to embed Adobe fonts in our NON-whitelabel mobile application?  It's not a web based app, so I wanted to check before my dev team made any moves.  Thanks!

It is very hard to locate activated adobe font in the App because the name of the font and how it is shown is different by apps. i.e.Adobe font shows the following font in their webpage.Kinuta Maru Maru Gothic Ahttps://fonts.adobe.com/fonts/maru-maru-gothic-a When I activate the font, Creative Cloud Desktop app shows the app as:Maru Maru Gothic ALr StdN In Illustrator, the font is shown as:砧 丸丸ゴシックALr StdN R This difference in name makes it very difficult to search for the correct font that got activated, especially when the user have multiple Adobe fonts activated.Please utilize the name so the users don't have to waste their time looking for the font.

Was it possible to use the Minion Pro font in a MS Word 2010 document?  

I have an e-commerce platform and I'm using free Google Fonts and I would like to use some of the web fonts from my CC subscription on the frontend. My platform has multiple e-commerce frontends - one frontend per brand.  Where the question is - can I use my CC web fonts to stylize a page if I allow a user to select which font is used to stylize the page?     

We need to procure a particular font(Orelega One or Barlow Regular/Bold) for the production site  but due to unavailability we are unable to do so. Do you have any font family in the portal which supports Croatian letters ?
