How do we turn on Integration Admin for a specific user?Two of us in our training department are authors and admins already, but after the July 2016 release, only my coworker has the Integration Admin option.

Hello,We have an enterprise Lynda.com account, and I'm wondering if we would be able to connect to those courses either via a link or embedded video. More importantly, will Captivate Prime track each user's progress on these videos? If you could point me to any documentation about this, it would be greatly appreciated! Thank you,Lucy

Have any of you had problems with the cc not working in Prime? We have uploaded files from Camtasia as well as Captivate that include the closed captioning and they are not available in Prime.

I have been trying for days now to upload a new captivate quiz for one of my modules and have continue to get the following message:"Module Overall Certificate Core Feedback failed to be uploaded. Reason: . An Internal Error has occurred. Please try again."Has anyone run into this issue before and have any suggestions on what might be going on. The errors in Prime are usually not very descriptive and the issue something solvable once you know what it actually is.I have tried recreating the course multiple times using the exact same preferences/template we have used many times before without issue. I have also tried updating existing modules and creating new ones. Every time the same error result.Any feedback or suggestions would be greatly appreciate.Best,Ash

Why can't we remove a learner from a certification assignment?  A learner was incorrectly assigned to a certification program in our instance of Prime. We are unable to remove the assignment. When we try to do so, we see an error message and then our browser (IE11) locks up. The status of the learner's assignment shows that they have not started the certification program so I think it should be practical to remove the certification assignment. I’ve recorded my attempt to do so, which includes the error message. How can we remove this incorrectly assigned certification? Should we be able to do so?

Captivate Prime seems to be fairly complex and I'm not clear on the hierarchy of badges and certifications; and courses, instances, modules, plans and programs; what feeds into what? It would be helpful to see a few different examples of set-up from start to finish.

Hello,I have created a few modules that were originally built in Softchalk. When I preview them outside of Prime, there is not Finish button on the last page of the lesson. When I put it into a course in Prime, then there is...nothing seems to happen when the Finish button is clicked. They either click the Next button in the player or the X to close the player to continue. This is below the content in the module:(I also have the option to enter a name for a certificate to print when the module is completed.)I searched but did not find this question, but if I missed it I would appreciate if someone could let me know. I just started trying to use Captivate Prime. I created a test project to test it on my iPad.When I review the module as an Admin, it fit the screen properly. When I view it as a learner, it doesn't resize properly.I'm confused!See how it cuts off the right side? It happened in the iPad Captivate Prime app, Safari and Chrome!This was just a new blank project 1024x576. Everything was left default all the way through publishing.I published an example project from Lynda.com and it worked fine both as Admin and Learner. I've been through all the settings but can't find anything different between them.Any suggestions?Thanks for any help!K

We need to certify inspectors within companies that provide us with parts. So I've added some external users and set the Expiry date for 45 days in the future. That means they have 45 days to complete their certification before those seats revert to my internal pool of LMS seats. (At leas that is how I understand the system.)What happens in 24 months when their certification expires? Will the approaching expiration appear on any reports? Will an email be generated to the external user or to me as the administrator?I'd like to be certain that in 23 months the notifications I set up will start to warn us that those external users are about to require re-certification will be generated.Anyone have some information about this to share?

Hello Everyone!I am a few weeks away from launching ACP as my company's corporate LMS.I am in the midst of a 6 week communication & marketing plan, informing our learners about the platform and what they can expect.I would love to hear what you have done in your organizations with your learners, pre and post launch of ACP as your LMS.Most of my marketing and communication efforts thus far have been bi-weekly calls with key managers, who in turn pass the info on to their teams, emails to the target group directly and articles in our company newsletter. We have an on-going need to train outsiders on our product.  The training period for each user might be 1 to 3 months.  Can I create a learner under a license for a set period, then replace that learner with another under the same license?  What happens to my history under such conditions?

As I am testing Prime as LMS for several clients I noted that it does not play on following mobile devices:Samsung smart phone S5 and Samsung Galaxy Tab 3.I checked the "Lynda" learning platform. It is explained, that for mobile views an app needs to be loaded. Unfortunately, I can't find this app in the google play store.Any advice would be appreciated.Thank you.

I have loaded a video to Prime and viewed it as learner. Before the video starts I am asked to allow Flash. As I allow, the video shows perfectly (good job with the streaming server ). Why does the video need Flash ?I loaded the video as MP4 and thought Prime only allows HTML and many users do not allow, or update Flash anymore. So, Flash should not be needed, or --?Thank you

Currently the learner view of the prime surface is fairly static and I have no idea how to modify it. I would like to make adjustments to the following:1. Prime playbar should have a "Back" button (Makes no sense to add an extra button within the scenes).2. I would like to cancel the "Did you know" area. This text is irrelevant for our users/learners and provides special info for admin, authors etc.3. If the "Did you know" area must remain, I can live with it, provided I can create text myself and delete standard text.4. The "Help" button gets the learner to a help list addressing all issues for learner AND admin, author etc - Not so good. Would only like to address the help for the learner.5. The little labels on "Course Effectiveness" are not needed, nor wanted. Statistics are only viewed by admin and management. I would like to take this feature out.6. I have created modules. I then created a course. I published the course. Once published we wanted to add more to the course ... however I cannot update the course with new modules i.e. I can edit the text etc BUT I cannot add more modules to the course... What am I doing wrong?

I was hoping that with the July 31, 2016 release we might have better reporting features. Since I don't see what I was hoping for, let me ask... Is there still no way to generate reports for simple house keeping purposes?For example, I need to produce lists of people in our custom user groups. There appears to be no way to produce that type of report. Is that still true?

Ive grouped a number of Published courses into a Learning Program.  Each course has a resource file uploaded. When I publish the Learning Program the Resousce files are not viewable/available. Can you please advise how I can download or view the rescoursce files from a Learning Program.ThanksSean

When I left on vacation more than a week ago, I was hoping to return to an updated version of Prime. As it turns out, we do have a new release of Prime.  But I only know that because I see some differences in the interface and I see some discussions about problems on this forum. I was looking for a version number or release date and couldn't find one, which led me to this discussion post.Does the Prime interface offer any where we can see the current release level of the software? If so, I haven't found it yet.The help system refers to Prime 1.0 so it certainly seems that version numbers are being used in the development.If the public interface doesn't provide a means to determine the current revision level and/or release date, it should... don't you think?

i downloaded the Captivate Prime app onto my iPad. For three days I have been trying to access my account but I recieve an error that the server is not found. I tried to talk to the support team but it is closed. I came to the forum... But... I cannot find an answer to my question.any help will.Tanx

I'm trying to upload some video content to some modules (7 videos x 7 modules) the Module text content remains but the uploads keep failing. This appeared to be fine Prior to the upgrade last Friday. The files are MP4 file format. Please adviseRegardsSean

I am trying to upload a new course, but captivate keeps telling me that "this field is required" even though it is filled out. It worked up until about a week ago, I am using the same workflow as before, and previously it did work. I get the same answer trying to upload ANY module into any new course.Can someone from Adobe Captivate support please call me to fix this ASAP as I have a client demo and I need this to work by tomorrow.
