Hi, I have been experiencing a problem with the rendering process of Premiere Pro - hardware encoding is not available, which I find weird, since I think my PC meets the requirements. My build: Intel Core i5-8500 nVidia GeForce GTX 1060 3GB ASRock Z370 Pro4 Adata 4x8GB DDR4 3000MHz RAM Windows 10 64bit - version 1809 Premiere Pro version 13.1.2 (Build 9) - latest as of date of this post Media Encoder version 13.1 (Build 173) - latest as of date of this post Edit: I also use the nVidia Creator Ready driver, I will try the Game Ready driver, since the Creator driver hasn't been updated in a long while. Media Encoder says the same thing, it also gets stuck at the end with 1 second left and never finishes to render the video. Thank you for any help!
