Hello,   I have a bit of an issue. I used a motion graphics template and made some pretty extensive edits to it (text, size, etc.) Just recently however, I opened up my project, everything loaded fine, but the motion graphics template is not showing up in the project. It is online and is linked properly, but all edits seem to be gone. If I drag the same temp in, it works, but there are no edits on it.  Can anyone help?   Matt ... View more

Hello,   I made a mistake and pointed my cache folder and directory to my desktop. Now, I am unable to return it to the default location in the library folder. When I try to do this it tells me I do not have write access, however, when I go into the properties of the folder, I do have read and write access. Any help would be appreciated.   Matt ... Hello,   I ran across something fairly strange that I can not find an answer to. I recently have started to convert all of my footage into Pro Res Proxy footage. All of my footage comes from my iphone. I use both the native app as well as the Moment Pro App. I found that when I convert the footage from the Moment App to Pro Res proxy it is super smooth and efficient, however, when I convert the footage from the native iphonew camera app to ProsRes Proxy it is super laggy and does not work. I have to just use the H264 original file.    Does anyone know why this is? It would be much more efficient if all my footage could be converted to ProRes.   Matt  ... View more

Hello,   I am by no means an expert in Premiere Pro and hopefully, this won't be too complicated of a question. However, I recently started using 2020 Premier Pro and it has been working fine for the most part. However, recently my timeline has started to lag to the point where I can not edit. I use 4k footage shot at a bitrate of 100. I have been using proxies and recently when I add a clip to the timeline it is fine until I make one change to it (it could be as simple as cutting it) and then everything starts to lag. In order to fix this, I need to delete the clip and then re-add it. Once it is re-added it goes back to normal. Any thoughts on this issue?   Matt  ... View more

Hello,   I recently made a project in Premier using all iPhone footage. After creating the project I noticed a slight audio desync throughout the video. After a lot of research, it seems that this is caused by the files being VFR. I also saw that you could fix this in newer versions of Premier. However, my "preserve audio sync" option does not display in the panel it should. Am I doing something wrong? Also, is it still the best method to use Handbrake before starting a project? Hi all, I am sure these questions will be easy for someone to answer, I just couldn't find a clear answer through a basic online search. 1. I wanted to add a simple white border to my photo. The first method I tried was by making a canvas that was a white square that was 4272 x 4272 px. and then dragging and dropping my photo into this canvas. The original photo size is 3872 x 2592 px. However, when I did that, the photo resized automatically to fit the canvas. I have seen other videos where the photo is dropped into a larger canvas and it automatically stays the same size and then there is a border formed by the original white canvas. Is there any way to achieve this so that this method works. 2. I am curious if the size of the canvas in pixels affects the image quality in any way. In other words, does the quality of the canvas effect the quality of the image that is within it? 3. How do I make a template so that I don't have to recreate these borders every time? Matt ... I think I finally understand what happens when you put 120 FPS footage into a 24 fps timelines. However, I noticed that when I put 120 fps footage into the timeline and tried to speed it up it did not speed up nearly as well as footage shot at 24fps.  Does FPS matter when doing fast motion? Hello all, I am royally confused and need help. I recently created an animated image sequence in premier pro with photos I took on my iPhone. The photos were landscape and the res was 3024x4032. When I finished an exported the quality was terrible. After a long time of playing around with the settings I changed the video preview settings within the sequence settings to be 1920 x 1440 and when I exported this time it came out really clear and good quality. I am so confused. Also, this issue did not occur with the same animation with vertical pictures. I am really looking for some clarity here on how to fix these sequence settings or how to not have this happen again when making animations from iPhone photos. It seemed like importing a landscape image sequence screwed up the sequence settings and export settings somehow. I appreciate any help ... View more

Hello, I have been trying to figure this out for a while now to no avail. I am hoping to find an answer here. Anyway, when shooting in Lightroom Camera on iPhone I typically shoot raw, which is great. However, I have not been able to find out how to keep the JPEG file that is displayed in the camera roll in addition to the raw file. Is there anyway to keep the raw AND the JPEG of an image on the iphone? Also, are the JPEG previews of the raws a full resolution photo the same as if just shooting JPEG straight? ... View more

Hello, I was recently working in Lightroom CC mobile and realized I am unable to see my edit history within the mobile app nor within Lightroom Classic once I transfer it over.
