Oh wow, thank you so much for the info. I have not uninstalled it yet. I am not able to use PS6 anymore, but it is still on my computer. Oh well. Is there an upgrade to LR6? I did purchase it a long time ago, i should still be able to use it or re-install it if i ever loos it, or upgrade it at no or little charge.

Hello all. I need Help please All the sudden my Lightroom 6 crashes everytime i want to import a new picture to process. Any idea why this is happening? Yes have both, Elements was my first Photo-program, Then purchased PS6, but Adobe is not accepting the key. So i like to upgrade Elements which i purchased through Adobe.

Hello all I have an old Elements Version which I purchased for a Windows computer. Now I like to have it on my Mac Book Pro. Is there any way I can upgrade it for a small fee to my Mac laptop. Another question: I purchased CS6 in 2013 through a second company and the serial# is not valid with Adobe. Is there a way I can download it onto a stick or card and download it to my laptop. I can't purchase a new serial number to purchase CS6 or upgrade. I dont want to pay a monthly or yearly fee for either of them. I was able to upgrade LR for a small fee for my laptop. Yes have the same Problem, and agree with Greg, it brings you to support which goes in a circle. Adobe needs to provide the proper link to re download LR4 or provide an upgrade which works with the serial# we have. I don't mind to pay for LR6 Upgrade. Thanks Michaela

Hello again I have a similar question again. I got an IMac now, in the app store i can download PSE 10. Havent checket out if i can download 11. But my question is, i have downloaded all my photo plug ins from 8 from the pc windows to an external hard drive and was wondering if, once i downloaded PSE 10 or 11, i can copy them into the Mac Photoshop Elements so i can use all the plug ins there as well. I really hate to loose them. Or would i have to download 8 for mac to be able to use them? Or will i actually loose them because they are not compatible for Mac? Thanks
