Hi, I recently switched from the Adobe Substance 3D Collection plan ($584.25/year) to the Substance 3D Texturing plan ($250/year), but I still had 4 months left on my Collection subscription. I was charged the full $250 immediately, and it seems the remaining value of my previous subscription was not applied. I’d like to know if I can receive a prorated refund or credit for the unused portion of the Collection plan. Is that possible?

... for example... when I pick-whip the ramp start to the slider, and type at the end of AE's expression "+100" it does what I think it should do, but only on the x-axis instead of the y. I don't know how to make it effect the y and not the x.

Thank you. Sorry, I'm not quite understanding. Shouldn't I simply pick-whip the Start and End ramp positions to the slider, then modify the expressions that AE generates? If I was able to separate the x and y positions of those points, like you can with a lot of other things, I wouldn't be so confused.

I have a gradient ramp, and I want to link only the vertical axes of the Start and End to a single Slider control. And I want them to stay 100 pixels apart. How do I do this? Thank you.

After Effects seems to default to saving whatever file you are working on to whatever location you last imported an asset from. Is there any way to fix this? Thanks.

About half the time or more the new smooth stroke feature doesn't work for me when I'm in brush mode. It's grayed out. It comes back on again when I switch the tool to pencil though. Also, why isn't this feature available at all for tools such as Dodge and Burn?

Take a look at this video. The red line moves right as the time scale moves left (from 1945 to 1964). I'm wondering what expression I could give the time scale so that it moves automatically to the left when I move the red line to the right. <grumble> I really wish AE had a feature like 3DS Max's Reaction controller </grumble>. Thank you so much for this. It seems I had an issue though in that it didn't work because I have the timeline, including the numbers, parented to a dummy object (called "base"). The red line isn't attached to that, but I've attached it now and things work fine. Just means I need to re-animate it, which isn't a big deal, now that I have this script. Though I'm curious, is there any way to make this work if the Red line isn't also a child of the same parent as the numbers? Thanks again.

Hi all, I'm searching for an expression I can use so I don't go insane. See the attached image. I want each number to scale from 100% to 150% as the red line approaches. So if the red line is 200 or more pixels away from the number's anchor, the scale is 100%. If it's right on top, it's 150%. Thank you. - Geoff
