I mean – I got a www, where everyday a list of names celebrating their name day changes. And I would like to automate getting those names to a text frame in InDesign. By clicking some button in ID for example. Why I think it's a simple script? Because I don't know too much about writing them probably. I just thought like "hey, getting some text from www should be done by a few commands". But maybe it's not that easy if I didn't find the resolution in Google.

So, I got a very sensitive data shared in Creative Cloud for workers in my publishing house. The files are used daily by about 100 people. From about a month - somehow (without my any interference) they got permission to edit and delete files. And a few times - somebody deleted them, what's very (very!) bad for others. BUT I am the only folder administrator. So they should only delete them from their local drives, not from the Cloud. What's going on? What can I do, to check why they have permissions they shouldn't have?

@Test Screen Name Details: * Plugin. Probably a Visual Basic plugin. * I don't have source files to compile it by myself - just the plugin files in VB. * Works fine on Wndows. Doesn't even appear in Menu on OSX. * I used "script" by mistake - my bad. I've written it a few posts earlier. The question is: is there a way to run it on OSX?

Unfortunately it doesn't fork on OSX, so there where probably used these specific APIs. So as I understand - the only way is to write and compile it from scratch for OSX?

It's not a script, it's a plugin. I've used "script" by mistake. The plugin is written in VB. Is it a way to easily port it some way into other language to work on iMac?
