I have the same issue as Lilly; I get messages saying various files can't be uploaded, or sometmes just "files 1-120 were not uploaded"; or files with the same names weren't uploaded. Sooner or later file numbers repeat, especially when you're uploading from several cameras. Since I'm not sure exactly which 120 of 1400 files weren't uploaded (and that was one camera, one day), I'm not sure how to figure out which I have and which I don't.... The two "official" answers provide no information that is applicable. When downloading, I only work through CC, on my desktop.

Specifically CC Photoshop, Lightroom, & Bridge. I'm using Windows 8. Thanks for your help. I tried some of the forum suggestions but it didn't help.

Installer was unable to access a critical file/directory. Please try installing again. Error code 49. Tried multiple times. get the same error code, which gives no helpful info. "Support" just sends me in a circle, never getting to anything actually helpful.
