Hello,I have been using Lightroom mobile Premium for almost a year.The 6th of the month is the date when my subscription renews. Except that unfortunately my credit card was blocked a few days before. Payment could not do this. Now my card is unlocked but my payment on the Appstore is still pending. And I can't use Lightroom's premium functions to edit RAW.I contacted Apple who just referred me to procedures that I have already tried. He asks me to renew the subscription via the app but the app just says "Unable to complete the purchase"I also tried to cancel the subscription via the appstore and subscribe again. But it doesn't work. It tells me '' Renew May 6, 2020 '' But in Lightroom it tells me '' Expired ''In short it's been 4 days that I try to fix it but nothing works and Apple does not seem to understand the problem. I hope it's already happen to someone before me who can explain to me how to repair Lightroom.Sorry for my English, I use GoogleTrad Because I speak French.Thank's

I have a shared album and I add pictures to it time to time. I set the default sorting to date taken. When I add new pictures, it will be added to the end instead of the beginning. I can change and fix that on the desktop app in a hidden way, but can't on mobile. This is a long time issue now.

Hello Adobe team, I’ve been suffering with frequent crashes of Lightroom (aka Lightroom CC, but NOT Lightroom Classic) since November.  I had a busy / active forum thread going but it has apparently been made unavailable ~8 days ago when you re-launched the Community site, which is very frustrating. This was the link to the thread - perhaps you can see it still? Summary: I am using Lightroom 9.1 (aka Lightroom CC, *NOT* Lightroom Classic) on my MacBook Pro (M4 Max CPU, 48GB RAM, macOS Tahoe 26.2).  Sometime around November, the app began freezing with a pinwheel cursor while doing routine activities: editing a photo, exporting pics, or even just being left open but in the background. Attempting to quit Lightroom puts it into a pinwheel freeze 90% of the time. I’ve submitted dozens of crash reports, hopefully you can see them (they’re linked to my Adobe account). I also have two fresh log outputs from today (a Console crash report and a Lightroom Diagnostic log) which I’m happy to share

When I try to sync settings to multiple images with the Beta profile on my Sony A7V images, the profile does not sync. When I do it one image at a time, it will sync the profile. However, more often than not, when I click on the image again, it has reverted back to Adobe Standard, leaving my images looking like hot garbage. The Beta profile looks decent enough, but this bug is destroying my workflow.I am using Lightroom Classic. Yes, I have Lightroom updated to the latest version. MacOS Tahoe 26.3.1

I am experiencing a persistent failure when editing video files in the Lightroom mobile app. While the app functions correctly for photo editing, it triggers two distinct error codes that block critical "write" actions for video metadata, effectively disabling cross-clip editing. Steps to ReproduceOpen any video clip in the Lightroom mobile app. Apply any adjustment (e.g., Light, Color, or Effects). To trigger 20190613a: Attempt to select "Create Preset" from the menu. To trigger 20190613b: Attempt to select "Copy Settings" from the menu. ObservationsError 20190613a: Specific to the failure of saving or creating a new preset from a video. Error 20190613b: Specific to the failure of copying and pasting settings between video clips. Isolated to Video: Both of these actions work perfectly fine on photo files(JPEG/RAW) within the same app session.Troubleshooting Already AttemptedFull Reinstallation: Deleted the app and downloaded a fresh copy from the App Store. Cache Purge: Cleared local

We are unable to select them there. There are people reporting this issue here in the community and on Reddit. We are unable to use the Auto + Retro presets on mobile devices, such as my iPhone, and even tried it on the iPad.

After recent updates I’ve encountered some unexpected behavior regarding the Sony A7V Beta Profiles in my cross-platform workflow between Lightroom Desktop (Mac OS) and Lightroom on iPad Pro.I have been enjoying the Beta Profile support for the Sony A7V so far, but I’ve noticed some challenges with the most recent updates that I’m hoping you can help me resolve.The Situation:Currently, the synchronization between devices seems to be struggling with the Beta Profile metadata: Profile Reversion: When I open a Sony A7V file on my iPad, the app doesn't seem to recognize the Beta Profile applied on Desktop and defaults to Adobe Standard. Metadata Sync: Once the file syncs back from the iPad to the Mac, I often see a "Profile Missing" error on the Desktop version, which suggests the sync process might be losing the profile reference. Our latest release, as part of the Content Authenticity Initiative (https://contentauthenticity.org/), allows you to add content credentials to your work when exporting in Lightroom to ensure provenance and preserve authenticity.   New content credential capabilities are available across the Lightroom ecosystem (Lightroom, Lightroom Classic, Lightroom for mobile (iOS & Android), Lightroom for web), and Adobe Camera Raw in Early Access. When exporting a JPEG from Lightroom, you can attach your name, social media handle, and a list of edits via a digital signature.   You can find the option to apply Content Credentials while exporting a JPEG in the export panel. It is, by default, turned OFF.

After updating to Camera RAW 18.2.3, the recommended presets in Lightroom 9.2 no longer appear.Win11 (Japanese Ver.)

Like the title said, it says no exports left, but it won't let me sign-in either. It's just perpetually stuck with the loading symbol no matter what I click. I already force stopped the app and cleared my cache repeatedly. I cannot export anything and it has been like this for 2 weeks now. It is Lightroom Mobile for context, if that matters. Is it a bug, or should I just delete it and reinstall again? Thank you for your help 

It would be interesting if they released tools like color curves and profiles, and somehow made those tools available for free. The effects could even create a glow in video editing.

I am about ready to throw in the towel on this crap. I’m on the newest update as of today. This has increasing gotten worse and worse with the BUGS!!! Masking never selects the subject correctly anymore, my removal tool has TOTALLY stopped working and just other small bugs. This all came to head trying to separately get these images done from a shoot Thursday. All I have been doing is trouble shooting and wasting my time. I’m SUPER angry, I can’t get a refund as I’ve had it too long and WHAT a waste of money!!!

Generative AI removals are taking SO LONG to process, and often end with an error that says “Could not remove. Something went wrong. Please try again.”This is happening almost every time I try to remove more than one spot at a time, but even one spot is taking forever to load.

why is my ( people mask ) not detecting the person ? Even on old pictures where I already have a people mask with edits.

The Gen AI tool should contain a switch (Replace / Remove) to clean state the intent of replacing or removing the selected area: currently it's a hit & miss when you want to only remove the object instead of replacing it.
