This thread is for Lightroom Ecosystem feedback on the Early Access Content Authenticity Initiative (CAI)
For Camera Raw and Lightroom Classic feedback, click here

The Lightroom team is dedicated to building capabilities that foster trust and transparency in the age of AI. Our latest release, as part of the Content Authenticity Initiative (https://contentauthenticity.org/), allows you to add content credentials to your work when exporting in Lightroom to ensure provenance and preserve authenticity.

New content credential capabilities are available across the Lightroom ecosystem (Lightroom, Lightroom Classic, Lightroom for mobile (iOS & Android), Lightroom for web), and Adobe Camera Raw in Early Access. When exporting a JPEG from Lightroom, you can attach your name, social media handle, and a list of edits via a digital signature.

You can find the option to apply Content Credentials while exporting a JPEG in the export panel. It is, by default, turned OFF. You can choose to enable this option at the time of each export or enable it in App preferences for every export. Learn more.

If you choose to attach credentials, the information you submit will be tied to your image and can be verified by uploading the photo to contentcredentials.org/verify. Try out the early access version of Content Credentials and share your feedback with us.

Please include the following details in your post:

  • App version/platform
  • System details
  • Example image(s) if you wish to share

Thanks!

I am writing to inquire about an issue with linking my X (Twitter) account to Content Credentials in Lightroom mobile.

I am experiencing an issue when trying to link my X account to Content Credentials in Lightroom mobile. Despite several attempts, the integration fails, and I am trapped in a login loop.

Could you please let me know how to resolve this?

Please note that this message was translated from Japanese. I apologize if there are any unclear expressions.

Environment:

Device: Google Pixel 8a

OS/Browser: Android 16 / Chrome

App Version: Lightroom Android v11.3.3

Issue Details:

1, In the Lightroom app, I navigate to: The hamburger menu in the top-left corner > Preferences > Content Credentials > Connect accounts.

2, This redirects me to the Adobe connected accounts page: https://connected-accounts.adobe.com/

3, I attempt to link my X account from there. After entering my X credentials, the page simply redirects back to the login screen, and the account remains unlinked.

Steps I have already taken:

・I confirmed that I can successfully log in to X directly via a web browser using the same credentials, so the login information is correct.

・I have also tested this on a Windows 11 PC using Chrome (accessing via the Adobe Content Authenticity web app), but the result is the same; the login loop persists.

・Even when I am already logged into X in my browser, the Adobe connected accounts page does not recognize the session and asks me to log in again, leading to the same loop.

Could you please advise on how to resolve this or if there is a known issue with the X integration? Thank you for your assistance.

Lightroom Mobile has become extremely frustrating to use.
The AI masking tool constantly detects random shadows and background shapes as extra people, making editing almost impossible. I’m paying for Adobe every month, but basic masking features are unreliable and buggy.

Even after restarting the app and recreating masks, the issue continues. This is unacceptable for a paid professional app. Please fix the AI masking system and optimize Lightroom Mobile properly.

I don't know why it won't let me use vertical offset to add my signature to the photos.
