Hi there,   Doing a gradient stroke on a circle. As soon as I set the stroke to be applied ALONG the stroke and then outline the stroke, the circle isn't a smooth circle any more.  Any idea how to fix this? Hello,   We have a droplet we use to resize complicated images. Usually we can drop 10+ on at a time and it just resizes, saves a copy, closes, moves onto the next, etc.    Last month it worked fine. This month, it will only do one and I get this error: Could not complete the command because of a program error.   I'm not sure exactly why it stopped working, but we internally think they may of done a photoshop update or something. Hi there, I used a special brush to get this stippled effect on this basketball. We asked the printer if they felt it was too detailed to print and they said: We have handled files with complex art like that before and it is unpredictable if problems will arise. We should be able to handle the art like that. Is there anything I can do on my end to simplify it, while still keeping the same effect, but trying to reduce the risk of it messing up the pre-press/or printing wrong? ... View more

Hi there, I have a vendor working with some of my files that were made in Illustrator and they've asked the following: The illustrations make use of raster effects (transparency -> multiply). Objects using multiply can flatten when printing happens and could produce unexpected results. The illustrations appear throughout at different sizes in templates that have different resolution minimums. The illustrations are linked into InDesign files that have resolution requirements ranging from 400dpi to 900dpi. If the illustrations cease to have any resolution dependancy there won't be a need to have individual illustration files for each instance in InDesign....and there will be less margin for error if no flattening needs to happen on the printing side. We recommend having all raster effects flattened (but layers preserved) the illustrations to mitigate the risk of unexpected results. My images in Illustrator have a dpi of 300. Hi there, I have Photoshop CC, but usually send out any really big photo enlargements that Photoshop can't handle to a graphic house who can handle those enlargements while still keeping the quality. Hi there, I have created a droplet with a processed images folder through photoshop. Works great on my computer. But I want to share it with other computers too. When a different computer runs it, there is an error of "could not complete the action, since the destination folder does not exist" Makes total sense because it's looking for my desktop where the folder is located. What can I do so that whoever copies the droplet and the folder to their desktop, the file will save in the processed images folder that goes with the droplet? Thanks! ... View more
