since i upgraded to version 55 the color picker stop working, cant move the mouse when i use it i have to change tool in order to being able to use the mouse again, is like its stuck

HiI'm trying to utilize Animate CC to create a 360 panoramic for UI design prototype in XD. I've looked into DraftXR but it converts the whole document(flow) into a vr experience, where I'd like to have a button to launch into the 360 view from the base UI. For example user scrolls through app boards < sees a cool image < clicks image to enter 360 vr image < clicks back to app. I'm able to create the functionality through XD, and the 360 in Animate CC, but how do I embed(?)/import(?) the 360 into the XD design.-RG

Hello everyone. While I didn't have any problems before the update, I realized that my work could not be monitored fluently whenI connected with the USB cable afterwards.It's like the phone has run out of power.Or like when the MS value goes up to 100 while playing COD If anyone has the same problem,please let me know. Or will I have to change phones?

 Hi all,My version is v55.012 with windows 10.I have a project with 2 links. I created the share link with the project managers.The first time is working. After that, sometimes when I updated the links.One of the links has disappeared, it does not show me the existing URL but only gives an option to create new URL. Does any one know how to solve this problem?  

Hi, suddenly facing issue in all public links - which i have shared with clients - XD is forcing 'Sign in'. But,  our clients are accessing link without adobe accounts. Help?

When prototyping a carousel, am I right in thinking that I can only drag in one direction?Unless I have only 2 items in the carousel that is. So I basically have a choice between:Have 2 items in a carousel that can drag in both directionsHave more than 2 items but can only drag in one direction Is the only workaround to add some buttons in there? 

I have read numerous posts on this topic but it seems no one's requests have been addressed. Students learn best by doing - please reinstall the Camp Vibes tutorial that once existed on the Home page and later under the Help drop down. It was the best and so much beter than all the current videos.

Hi, Recently I had a refreshed account and now I am not able to install the "Quick Mockup" plugin on my Adobe XD.  Show the following error.I went into the Solution centre and tried the mentioned steps but it still doesn't work. I am able to install all the other plugins. Could you please help me with this?  Thanks and regards,Pri

Our company is in the process of switching to another Adobe reseller, which means the cloud storage also changes. Do we lose EVERYHTING during the switch? Including previously generated XD links? If I have shared a link to our documentation, that link won't work anymore - meaning it only gives me an error? I believe that changing the whole cloud storage means we lose everything - also shared links. Or is there anything our team can do to prevent this? (For files, I guess the only solution is to download all the files to a local storage and then convert them back to cloud files after the switch.)Thanks in advance!

Hi, Adobe Support Community! I've got a pickle I need help solving. I've been working on a product stock list in Adobe XD and have shared the preview link with some of my customers. The project is still prototyped and not yet published on a web site. Today I was doing some edits to the stock list and noticed the link was gone and I had to create a new preview url. All my customers have lost access to the updated preview of the stock list and are stuck with the old one. I checked the version history of the project and I still have to create a new url to share it. I was wondering if there was any way to cusomize the new url to the old one so everybody could keep their access to the project?

Having issues on existing and new XD docs - I cannot drag elements in from my libraries on the cloud, I cannot import items or copy and paste vectors from Ai - HELP!! Any ideas? I am up to date on all updates. 

I created and shared a protoype link and I can still see the content of that link but I cant find the actual file? Is there anyway to open the editable file from the link or can I see the filename somehow from the link? I can just see date crated and the name of the artborard. Pls help!!!   

My screen flickers badly when using XD - if I restart the app, it is fine but if I close my macbook and reopen, it flickers, if I flick between windows, it flickers and I need to - I train on it.This is my system... 

Hi, about a year ago I have published a prototype via xd and the link is still available. The account from which it was published is not existing anymore. How can I delete the link, when an access to the account isn't possible?  Thanks! Best, Carina 

Le drag and drop c'est top de garder en tant que gadget mais ce n'est pas très pratique quand on veut changer ces icones de petites dimensions 16x16 px par exemple, souvent il faut passer par un zoom. Ce qui n'est pas vraiment pratique. J'aimbe bien la méthode de gestion des symbole de Sketch ou Figma. C'est très organisé, intuitif et simple à gérer.

Hi everyone,The problem i'm facing since today is that previews from a website design (link made in adobe xd), look very unsharp in Chrome. I've uninstalled and reinstalled chrome, tried basically everything but i can't seem to get it sharp (for reference, 3 days ago it was working perfectly fine). On Edge it works just fine. If i refresh the design link it looks somewhat sharp, but if i resize it in any way it all becomes blurry. All help is appreciated.

Ich habe seit einiger Zeit MASSIVE Geschwindigkeitsprobleme mit der Darstellung von Designs auf dem iPhone. Bei jeder XD-Datei - egal welcher Größe, ist das Design fast nicht scrollbar auf dem iPhone. Gerräte sind macOS 12.6 und iOS 16. Bis jetzt finde ich nur Threads in Englisch - ohne Lösung darin. KAnn jemand aushelfen? XD ist für mich quasi unnutzbar...

I have several links designed, and will have to end my subscription soon, will the already shared link be active? or will they be disabled when license ends?

I work on Adobe XD for creating mockups, once it is done i share it with my teamates. Just wanted to know if there is a way to share my XD Mockups so that my team can copy the text present in the mockup.  I create Webpages mockups and share the link with my team, they cannot copy the texts present in the Mockup Link.  

IDK why but everytime I tried to export an artboard(s) I get this message and I have to restart the XD everytime and export it. When I export again it shows this msg again. I dont see any issues in forum or anywhere here. I have installed and unnistalled several times but there is no change.

Hi there, Prototypes + Auto Animate has always worked fine for me but for at least a month I've been seeing this very odd behaviour when viewing a prototype in the browser. I thought it must be a bug but I haven't seen anyone else report it!Basically if I use my prototype link in browser and click something that triggers Auto Animate between two Artboards most of the time, if not always, text will jump up and back down before resting in the correct position. This includes text that does not move/animate at all. This has occurred on several projects/various XD files and when different fonts. Also the same on different Artboard sizes (desktop + mobile) and have checked the the prototype is displayed at 100% Attached a 10-12 second MOV showing the issue. Example shows the 'Auto Animate' between two Artboards, the same dimensions, with text in the same position in both.Nothing has changed in the way I animate between two Artboards for well over a year. So I'm struggling to f
