Hi all, i often have the problem that when i copy elements from one file to another it messes up the placement. Cleanly created components get strange comma numbers when placing them into another document. Does one of you know what this could be?

1. If internet is disconnect of few sec XD create problem of sync.2. Its taking to much time to load the cloud XD file.3. Its take time to load when more then 10 user working together.4. Error occurred when file open in new version and second user working on other version of the file.5. Its taking to much space and processing power in its new version.6. XD start hanging when I open more then 5 file together.  Please address those concerns as soon as possible. We are start looking at other tools now. 

Hey guys! I'm finishing up a mobile app prototype in XD and as I'm preparing to show it to investors using the mobile preview, I wanted to check with you all to see if you had any recommendations to improve the perfomance on the mobile app? I've deleted all the unnecessary artboards from the file, but there's still glitching/lagging for the animations and overall use when I'm previewing the prototype on the Adobe XD iOS app. Do you guys have any tips? Hi All So i have been at this for days now and i am struggling bad, just about the smash my screen! I have a eclipse counter slider, which needs to count perfectly upto 100%. This is a rating slider So a user will rate their experience basically, So the numbers have to be perfect 1 to 100, so that they can choose an exact number. How do i get this right? I can get it to scroll in a random format, but not properly from 1 to 100 with all the additional numbers in between. Please make my day, and HELP me if you can, I am literally begging here. 

HiI am unable to save files online and unable to invite anyone for coediting. 

As the title implies, I'm trying to facing this big issue who blocks me to continuing to work. After I've tried these "solutions" without solve it:- Disinstalling Adobe XD & reinstalling the last version- The solutions reported there: Adobe XD launches into a white screen on Windows 10- Throught steps provided by the Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner ToolI ran out of solutions. My specs:- Windows 10 64bit- Adobe XD vers. 34.2.12.2

what could be the solution? does anyone had this problem before?thanks 

Hello, I'm new to XD and only recently started doing actaul design work - I tried to upscale an artboard with all of it's elements including text. The icons and other UI elements and some text does upscale. BUT not all of the text scales up. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

After the XD 40.1.22 update that fixed the prototype issues, add rulers to the artboard issue still persist.   Context I was working on a file saved in the cloud when this bug crashed XD. I reopened the file and I can no longer add rules in it, but if I open another file saved in the cloud, this bug doesn't occur. It's a minor issue, but there it is.   <Title renamed by moderator>

Hi, I'm trying to share access to an XD flow with a teammate. I've sent the invite and when I go to "Manage access> accept" - I get an error message. I've tried signing in and out several times and resending the invite to no avail. Can you please assist.  Thanks, Justine

I designed a panel that's eating up 115 MB of disk space and 4-10 GB of memory whenever I try to save it locally (and saving it to the cloud takes up the same amount of memory). Despite having deleted the entire artboard, only 2-3 MB was shaved off from the 115 when I checked out the file size again in my windows explorer. It also takes forever to open up. Is there some cache that I have to clear? I don't understand why my file is taking up so much space and memory. I use Bootstrap, which has several variations for button styles. It comes with 9 different button colors--a "primary" one that matches a brand color, one for representing "success" type messages, one for representing "error" type messages, one for representing "warning" type messages, and so on. There are also three different button sizes--small, medium (the default) and large. There are also "outline" versions of each color and size but for simplicity's sake let's forget about that for now. What I want to do in XD is have three main components (one for each button size) that can handle all those button colors. I'm learning XD and I thought I could do this by just having a main component with the default button color, then copy/paste that component (i.e. make an instance of that component) and change the background/text/padding for each of the variants--a component instance for a large primary button, a component instance for a small warning button, etc. That was fine until I real

I have a file with all my designs, linking in components from two other resource files. At some point, I moved all my files to a new location (new drive location). Understandably, the main design file was not able to find the moved resource files, so I relinked them. However, after relinking everything and saving the file, if I close the file and reopen it, the newly relinked files are once again lost. A couple of caveats: The new location is a new drive (not C:), and the folder is marked by SyncThing to sync files onto a server upon any change. I doubt that SyncThing is casuing this, as its only monitoring the folder for changes and uploading it to the server as is. Could we get a better way to managed linked in files? At the moment, I have to just hope Adobe XD can find stuff.

Im not sure what this is but Id like get rid of it from my screen (see attached image). It makes it so I can move things in 3d space. However, I find it unneccary and it keeps getting in my way. Thank you!

When I export my artboard as png for First Time (CTRL+E) it works fine.After editing my artboard when I try to export again it shows error.Then I change the name of artboard it works fine.

Hi, I am experiencing problems with Pen Tool. After enabling the Pen tool every single time when I tried to use it, it is vanishing. I am adding a video for this. I experienced this situation before the update and after the update.  I also tried the Photoshop's pen tool but didn't have any trouble with it, and it is working. 

Hello!We have installed the bootstrap 4 UI toolkit in Adobe XD- is there a way to export the prototype referencing Bootstrap? Right now, when we export, there are not bootstrap references in the code.In short, how do we export Bootstrap 4 HTML/CSS our of adobe XD?

Ordi , une smartphone et une autre pour tablette . J'aimerai pouvoir transmettre un lien unique qui permettra au recruteur de tester mon prototype sur tout support. Hi, I am using the free version of XD for my only project. Recently I have been unable to edit anything in my XD file which is saved to the cloud. Everything on the UI that is related to editing is greyed out (the Edit menu, the left sidemenu,...), and I cannot move or edit any existing item. When I tried to save the file as local document, XD briefly created the file but then showed "r.states is not iterable" error, and the file gets deleted right after. So what is the meaning of this? Is this a bug, or does this mean the free version of XD no longer supports editing file anymore, and I have to upgrade to continue editing my file?

I keep getting the orange circle "Missing Font" for a duplicate weight (I see 2 semi-bold listings).  If I select the first one, all is good, if I select the second, it says the font is missing (this is all Open Sans). How do I remove the duplicate/missing weight?
