Adobe XD

I CAN open the application, but CAN'T open any file, nor creating a new file. No error code or any other respond/feedback, it just stays blank, can't click any button, no reaction. I've try reinstalling, installing older versions, rebooting my PC, nothing works.

Hey there,I have created links for XD designs for developers ( in a consultancy role).If I end the CC account subscription used to create the above links, and then join a different CC subscription (with a new employer) will the old links remain active for the developers?Any insights are appreciated!

I wish to create an object with a gradient in Illustrator, add it as a graphic in my CC Library, and take it from my CC Library into XD. However, when I place the Graphic in XD, the gradient is not visible, instead displaying a solid color. I am able to copy and paste the object directly from Illustrator into XD and the gradient works, but I would like to use the live update feature of the CC Library.  

XD on Windows regularly stops working due to Windows Update (I presume). This is not the first time this happened to me and it will likely not be the last. There is a very poorly written set of long and laborious steps to resolve this known, long standing, and common issue:Adobe XD launches into a white screen on WindowsThese steps, for me at least, do not work.To add insult to injury, Solution 4, the very last suggestion after a process that can easily take two hours, tells you if you see a particular error in Event Viewer, you should follow those steps, not the others. It tells you this after you do all the other steps. The only recompense is that even when you have the exact error message it documents, the final proposed remedy also does not work.It is at this point that I contacted Adobe Support online, since I could see no other method. Adobe XD after updating changes content in some of my components in the file as well as throughout the version history.I tested out an offline file in the old version 41.0.12 and it worked fine there but after updating it to the newer version if would just change the content.The issue with this is adobe content is not changes in the version history but it has changes there as well.

Does anyone have an idea how to apply text styling from previously created text-component to a non-styled text box, just like the way we do it in InDesign using Paragraph styles or Character styles? So for example, I have an XD doc and the text or copy - titles and paragraphs have different styling to what's is in the componenets. And i want the componenet stylign to be applying to all the copy across various artboards in this one files. Would be nice if there was a 'apply component' or 'apply componenet styling' feature in XD.

Trying to round one side of the square but I couldn't find a way to do it. Can anyone help?

Hi - I am trying to find some files that I had created before I started my CC subscription.  The files were saved to the cloud, but now they're not showing up locally or under CC > Files > Cloud Documents.  I can still see the documents when I right-click the Adobe XD icon on my mac, but nothing will open.   How can I find these files again?     

I can't find a way to turn off hints/tooltips in XD. For example, I'm seeing them every time when I resize a group or a repeat grid, or when I open the Assets panel... I think I was able to turn them off before but with the latest update they came back. Anybody esle having this issue? Is it possible to turn them off? Thanks   <Title renamed by moderator>

I export the ADOBE XD Prototype to an IIS Server. There I see a blank Page with a header and a rotating "wait-Indicator" and nothing happens. The same export to an apachi server does work. What can I do to make it work in IIS?   <Title renamed by moderator>

I can't even type .. I have to wait every time I select a text field. I don't know if it's a cloud problem but it needs to be fixed. Please fix the collaborative files problem. It is very difficult to work in a team and it is essential today. I'm about to buy the Figma license

I see XD has been working on it since 2017!!!! it does not work with the anima plugin for me 

After updating to 41.0.12 some of my files, cloud or local, throw this error "r.states is not iterable"     {Renamed By MOD}   This results in the file not opening. This happens whether it's a cloud document or a local document, and rolling back to a previous version of the same document still throws the error. I'm now locked out of some of my documents

Hi elainecc , I'm getting the same issue (could not save the document), but I don't think I have complex characters in my username (unless a space is a complex character?). Which username is this? The Windows or Adobe CC one?One interesting note: I can "Save As" if I save it as a different filename from the existing file e.g.I have a file abc.xd"Save" or "Save As" existing file -> "Could not save the document""Save As" different filename e.g. abc1.xd -> worksAlso, the document is in a local Google Drive folder. I tried saving to my Desktop and initially got the same error, but after closing and opening again it seems it might be ok if the file is not in GDrive. I'll check and edit this if there is any update.

Files shared/invited by my designer are accessible with direct links but when I click on "your work", it takes me to creative cloud from adobe XD. And all shared files shows as empty. Where can I find all the files that are shared with on Adobe XD.

I can then only end the program via the Task Manager. I have already tried the previous version of the program, same error pattern.At first I thought it could be related to the cloud synchronization, but the same error pattern occurs with local storage as well. Has this already happened to you and does someone have any tips on how to fix the problem?I have a problem. While I working obesrved that there is a color difference in XD preview and web preview. The XD preview shows same colors as file but when you publish it and open on browser it changes the colors and make it bit dull. Refer the below image. I tried multiple browsers like Chrome, Safari, Firefox but same result.   

When swapping between fonts in Adobe XD fonts become locked to the bottom of the font selector dropdown. I was wondering if anyone knew of a fix for this? Issue persists after restarting XD. [Gif below] 

I have updated to latest Adobe XD v- 41.1.12. But after this update, I am not able to open the files. It starts opening and gets stuck in between. No artboards are visible. 

I have a client that has 6 levels of educational health techniques that she wants to summarize into an app format. She would like to add all six levels to one app. Each level would have to be purchased and then unlocked once the person has taken either an in-person class or an online class. I am using Adobe XD to design the app and am a beginner. Can this be done in a way that will not need six apps for each individual level.   {Renamed By MOD}

Hey Adobe!Anybody knows why I cannot use Ctrl Z (Undo) on Adobe XD? I tried to reinstall and restart my laptop and the app and it's still doesn't working at all. I'm literally stumped.Ideas?Thankyou verymuch!

Hi,   We annotated on the XD prototype link but we are unable to see the comments, it just show 99+Comments and the pin number are visible but we can't see the comments/feedback.   Things which we have tried.1.) Updating XD and it didn’t work2.) Followed steps listed on adobe community and it didn’t work3.) Went the basic way in terms of restarting everything and itdidn’t work.4.)
