Adobe XD

Hi there! I've been looking for a solution to share all my artboards to the client through one link. It should be possible, the agency before provided the client one link with an overview. See attached.    Any ideas on how to create this?   Thanks!   <Title renamed by moderator>  

Hi elainecc , I'm getting the same issue (could not save the document), but I don't think I have complex characters in my username (unless a space is a complex character?). Which username is this? The Windows or Adobe CC one?One interesting note: I can "Save As" if I save it as a different filename from the existing file e.g.I have a file abc.xd"Save" or "Save As" existing file -> "Could not save the document""Save As" different filename e.g. abc1.xd -> worksAlso, the document is in a local Google Drive folder. I tried saving to my Desktop and initially got the same error, but after closing and opening again it seems it might be ok if the file is not in GDrive. I'll check and edit this if there is any update.

Files shared/invited by my designer are accessible with direct links but when I click on "your work", it takes me to creative cloud from adobe XD. And all shared files shows as empty. Where can I find all the files that are shared with on Adobe XD. 

Hello everybody, I have a problem. Every time I want to apply a gradient to an object, the program freezes shortly afterwards. Menus and the close button can then no longer be used. I can then only end the program via the Task Manager. I have already tried the previous version of the program, same error pattern.At first I thought it could be related to the cloud synchronization, but the same error pattern occurs with local storage as well. Has this already happened to you and does someone have any tips on how to fix the problem?I have a problem. While I working obesrved that there is a color difference in XD preview and web preview. The XD preview shows same colors as file but when you publish it and open on browser it changes the colors and make it bit dull. Refer the below image. I tried multiple browsers like Chrome, Safari, Firefox but same result.   

When swapping between fonts in Adobe XD fonts become locked to the bottom of the font selector dropdown. I was wondering if anyone knew of a fix for this? Issue persists after restarting XD. [Gif below] 

I have updated to latest Adobe XD v- 41.1.12. But after this update, I am not able to open the files. It starts opening and gets stuck in between. No artboards are visible. 

I have a client that has 6 levels of educational health techniques that she wants to summarize into an app format. She would like to add all six levels to one app. Each level would have to be purchased and then unlocked once the person has taken either an in-person class or an online class. I am using Adobe XD to design the app and am a beginner. Can this be done in a way that will not need six apps for each individual level.   {Renamed By MOD}

Hey Adobe!Anybody knows why I cannot use Ctrl Z (Undo) on Adobe XD? I tried to reinstall and restart my laptop and the app and it's still doesn't working at all. I'm literally stumped.Ideas?Thankyou verymuch!

Hi,   We annotated on the XD prototype link but we are unable to see the comments, it just show 99+Comments and the pin number are visible but we can't see the comments/feedback.   Things which we have tried.1.) Updating XD and it didn’t work2.) Followed steps listed on adobe community and it didn’t work3.) Went the basic way in terms of restarting everything and itdidn’t work.4.) Hi,I recently did a fresh install of Windows 10 on a new SSD. Since then however Live Preview has stopped working on my iPhone 6S. I'm on the latest iOS version and my iTunes is up to date. Whenever I load up a document, nothing happens on the iOS app (it just says "Open an XD document on your desktop").Is this a Windows or iPhone issue? If so, how can I fix it? I'm thinking it's the former because Live Preview worked perfectly fine before I did the Windows installation.Thanks,Wil.

When I highlight text boxes, and there's some that're left-aligned but some right-aligned, the alignments change. (In this instance, the right-aligned text becomes left aligned, every time).Likewise, I just had a weird crash to desktop whereby I undid a few actions (namely text box alignments), and XD couldn't seem to figure out which alignment they were. I selected them, and the alignment started flickering constantly between right and left, until the software crashed. And on this topic, I very often encounter a bug where I'm unable to type anything on XD. If a text box bugs out, it'll prevent me from typing anywhere - from renaming layers to changing values. (This is all on the latest version).

Since the recent update to CC, I cannot install plugin for XD anymore. Once I choose install, it remains on "installing plugins..." progress indefinetly. Happens on any plugin I choose. 

What XD Alert Disconnected?I open 2 file XD but somefile alert disconected and somefile don't alert .file disconnected don't save history about 25/6/21 then now.I cann't connect to update work with the teams. what to do? 

How I can disable this popups? I see this every 10 min.

Adobe XD crashes in different scenarios on Windows 10 64bit:1. Just after startup when changing app window to full screen OR2. When trying to save even empty template file - localy or to the cloudI tried to reinstall XD few times to different versions, I changed graphic drivers on Intel HD520.The XD is totally unusable. How can you put such a garbage application on the market? 

Good morning, as the last Adobe XD update brought me many issues that made me move to another tool, I would like to request, before updating, a list of what was updated on the latest version. There is no information whatsoever on the update release note on creative cloud. Where can we find such information? 

Whenever I try to export same asset or artboard as a png it show this error

When ever i go to install adobe xd i get an error (including older versons) dose anyone have an idea of what might fix this?

For some time now I have not been able to invite other people to an XD file.The error says: We are currently unable to upload your document to Creative Cloud. "I have an Adobe XD - Payed Account. There is still enough free cloud storage.How can I fix the problem?

Hello, I am currently working on a design for a learning plattform where shortcuts come in handy and should be learned. I want to display a certain functionality from Word (Paste in Text without formatting) and users should be able to enter the shortcut for that which is Ctrl + Alt + V. However when I try to insert that keyboard trigger I can only go either way: Alt+v or Ctrl + V. I cannot create a shortcut Ctrl + Alt + V. This is a huge letdown for me, because it is possible in Figma for example and I have to display that certain shortcut. Is there a workoaround or will that be fixed soon?   <Title renamed by moderator>

I asked  a question couple days ago but i think my question was misunderstood and thats why the answer was about something else So i am working on a project (UI/UX portfolio case study) and i extended the height of the artboard to 60670px but i cant reach the bottom of the artboard on the screen because i still need to put some work  on my project, so the extension of the artboard is made, but i cant see down the bottom it just wont scroll more than that Any help? Hello, when I opened a file today I was working on just yesterday (saving every now and then), I found out, that I can only work on a 5 days old version from 25th of June. All newer versions are lost and don't show up in the documents history. I tried to share the file on tuesday. That didn't work smooth. Also I updated to the latest version.  I tried to log out, log in again. Reboot the system. Asked my colleague to open the file: It's gone in her cloud. Hello! I am new with this program and trying to practice using by mimicking the mcdonald's kiosk.  What I am trying to do here is to put two overlaying scroll artboards to one artboard and I would like to trigger them both by time (0s so that both can show up without delay) but it seems like when I abled one with time trigger, the other one doesn't show me that option at all...  It is really frustrating... so HELP!
